Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 11kv 3 Phase 50Hz 350MVA sheet steel, dust and vermin proof, free floor standing extendable type H.T.Panel, having 3 Nos 230V A.C motor operated Draw-out type 630 Amp. Vacuum Circuit Breakers (one incoming & two outgoing) with necessary Protection, Measuring instrument including Energy analyzer, Indicating instrument, IDMT relay, auxiliary master relay, power Pack, CTs, PT, termination arrangement for incoming and outgoing XLPE-11KV cable, terminal blocks, earth bus bar, Sign writing etc. as per detailed specifications attached including dismantling HT connections of existing HT Panel, shifting the existing HT Panel at location decided by the engineer in charge within the building premises, making necessary modification to the existing foundation if any, to suit the new HT panel, making HT connections for incoming and outgoing of the HT Panel after suitable testing obtaining NOC from energy-inspector if any required before energisation, and energisation of the HT equipments complete in all respect. Supplying,installing,testing and commissioning of 800 amp 3 pole air circuit breaker manual draw-out type in the existing LT power supply panel in the sub-station i/c carrying out the required modification for proper mounting of the ACB in the panel and in the associated incoming/outgoing bus bars etc of the panel, providing suitable interlocking connections, control wiring, end terminations and completely as reqd as per the site requirement to complete the job. Modification of existing bus bar for installation of new 800 Amp 3 Pole Air Circuit breaker with supply and making of 800 Amp. 415 volt three phase 4 strip aluminum busbar with color coated non-adhesive PVC insulated size (80/10)mm)

Supply, laying and fixing of HT-11KV 150 sq mm Aluminum Armored cable i/c connection testing etc. complete as required.

Supply and fixing of HT indoor joint with testing complete as required.

Supply and fixing of rubber matt 12mm thick for HT Panel etc complete as required.

Supply and fixing of Rubber matt 6mm thickness suitable for LT panels etc complete as required.

Supplying & fixing standard shock treatment charts in English & Hindi duly framed with 2mm thick glass in front & 6mm thick Ply on back as required.

Supplying & installing of First aid box of 18 SWG MS sheet duly painted, as approved by Indian Red Cross society and containing items of First Aid as per specifications attached i/c providing and fixing duly painted suitable size M.S. angle iron wall bracket for the first aid box.

Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 22.5 kg carbon dioxide type fire-extinguisher, duly ISI marked, complete with GM Cap, Hose & discharge horn mounted on trolley wheels, ISI marked cartridge, duly charged etc. complete as required.

Providing 11 KV tested Hand gloves.

Supplying & Fixing of GI Fire buckets with round bottom. Each set comprising of 4 Nos. buckets of 9 ltr. Capacity, including supplying of M.S. pedestal stand, fabricated out of M.S. angle iron of size not less than 40mm x 40mm x 5mm thick, with hooks suitable for holding of 3 Fire buckets, painted with Post office Red oil paint and lettering ‘FIRE’ on each bucket and filling these with Yamuna sand complete as required.

Supply & fixing artificial Resuscitator for respiration with chart showing the use of it.

Providing & fixing HT danger notice plate of 250mm x 200mm made of mild steel at least 2mm thick & vitreous enameled white on both sides and with inscriptions in signal Red colour on front side as required.

Providing & fixing M.V. Danger notice plate of 200mm x 150mm made of mild steel at least 2mm thick & vitreous enameled white on both sides, and with inscription in signal red colour on front side as required.
