Supplying and filling in basement and foundation with Quarry dust, filling in layers of not more than 150mm thick, each layer well rammed and consolidated by hand/mechanical roller including watering, leveling, dressing the top surface to the required level complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer.
Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20mm maximum size graded aggregates including mechanical mixing, transporting and placing in required position, ramming, compaction, leveling, curing, shuttering, dewatering if any, complete all as per specification.
Supplying and laying water proofing treatment of Polymer modified water proofing membrane treatment for underground surfaces and basement inclusive of surface penetration, labour, tools, equipment materials etc all complete as per manufactures specification, drawing and as directed by the engineer consisting of following 1. 15mm thick leveling coarse of 1:3 cement sand mortar with approved water proofing compound over PCC. 2. First coat of acrylic based polymer modified cementacious composite mortar 3. One layer of fiber glass cloth reinforcement 4. Second coat of acrylic based polymer modified cementacious composite mortar 5. 20mm thick protective layer of 1:5 cement sand with approved water proofing compound. 6. One coat of bituminous primer 7. 4mm thick APP polymer modified bituminous membrane having minimum weight of 4.5kg/sq.m with granular surface finished on top of in single layer. 8. Third coat of acrylic based polymer modified cementacious composite mortar 9. 20mm thick protective layer of 1:3 cement sand with approved water proofing compound. Note:-Suitable Agency having past experience of executing underground such type of waterproofing works only to be engaged and guarantee of 10 years against any leaks / defects and rectification of the same has to be executed by the agency under the counter guarantee of the contractor in the standard format
Providing, straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500 / Fe500D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 'SAIL or VIZAG or approved equivalent make' and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks in cement mortar 1:2 and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all lifts. Note: The rate shall be including the cost of reinforcement steel. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department. Providing and laying cast insitu controlled reinforced cement concrete of specified grade at all levels and lifts mentioned below using 20mm maximum size hard granite machine crushed graded stone aggregates including weigh batching, charges for mixing & cost of admixture, mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, curing and finishing smooth of all exposed faces complete for column footings, columns, lintels, sunshades, gutter slabs, beams, slabs, water tank, machine foundation and all other structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary (Formwork and reinforcement will be paid for separately) all as per specification and all as shown in drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for all in-situ item. M35 grade with 380 kg. of cement per Cu.m. of concrete for all floors
Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels including strutting, propping, etc., with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging, access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and directed including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. (The measurement for the formwork will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces.)
Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel members like MS structural embedment’s/pipe and sleeves/penetration etc. using MS angles, channels, I-sections, plates, tees, flats, rounds, square sections etc. including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying a coat of Red lead paint primer / Zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coats of flat oil paint / synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Lifting device arrangements if any required also arranged by the contractor at his own cost.
Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:4.5:8 using 25mm maximum size graded aggregates including mechanical mixing, transporting and placing in required position, ramming, compaction, leveling, curing, shuttering, dewatering if any, complete all as per specification for leveling courses in foundation for walls, footings, floor drains etc., encasing pipes and other required works directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as per specifications.
Providing and Placing in position Serrated with central bulb 225mm wide PVC water stops conforming to IS:12200 of Deep-Jyoti or equivalent for construction/ expansion joints between two RCC members and fixed to the reinforcement with binding wire before pouring concrete etc. complete
Providing and constructing Random Rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:6 using hard granite stones obtained from approved quarry with bond stones at 2.00 metres apart for foundation, basement and in superstructure, compound/boundary walls, including sizing of stones if required, raking out joints, scaffolding, curing etc., complete all as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all lifts.
Providing Flush pointing over the random rubble masonry wall with cement mortar 1:3 at all levels including scaffolding, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Transporting, erecting, aligning and fixing in position Rail beam on EP Plate at desired location, including lifting equipment, labour all as per drawings to achieve lateral stability of rail section. Note: 1. MS rail section will be issued on free of cost at departmental stores in CWMF at Kalpakkam 2. Unit weight of rail beam may be taken as 44.64 kg/m for arriving the final cost.
