Supplying and installing a metal false ceiling using Fire Retardant Galvanised Steel Sheet Plain lay in tile size 600mm x 600mm, 0.5mm thick, powder coated on the external surface and shall have a flange on all four sides to rest on the exposed grids. The system to give 600mm x 600mm centre to centre ‘T’. The ‘T’ shall not be dipped GI Tee Section 3600mm long main Tee. 24mm wide and cross Tee panels are formed by running main runner of ‘T’ section of size 30mm x 24mm powder coated at bottom at intervals with powder coating at bottom. Necessary provision of interlocking of ‘T’ section is made at required intervals not exceeding 1200mm. The main runners are suspended from the ceiling by means of 4mm dia. GI rods fixed to the ceiling using anchor fasteners of 50mm x 8mm size with nylon inset and hooked to the main rubbers using clips. The last hangers at the end of each rubber should not be greater than 600mm from the adjacent wall. The last panel shall be placed at the side wall using edge profile ‘L’ Angle of size 20mm x 20mm and fixed to the side wall. The false ceiling should be fixed of same level and should present a neat look complete complying with the standard specification and including cutting and threading wherever necessary, fittings in the specified model and make as instructed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying, Fabricating, erecting and fixing Hilux or equivalent Gyp Board FALSE CELING upto a ceiling height of 4.50 m from floor level using Hilux board Plain sheet 10mm thick which includes shaped GI channels of size 25 x 25 x 0.50 mm thick suspended from ceilling at 1.2 m both longitudinal and cross vertical support and fixing shaped GI channels of size 50 x 30 x 0.50 mm and 150 x 10 x 0.50 mm thick at 0.60m centre longitudinal and cross direction for vertical supports and fixing U shaped GI channels of size 50 x 30 x 0.50 mm thick and 50 x 10 x 0.50 mm thick at 0.60 m centre to centre in cross direction and respectively for horizantal supports of zig - zag pattern and fixing of Gyp board in the panel provided in the desing pattern given and sprating the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The rate shall be inclusive of finishing the edges and wall junctions with suitable lipping and cornice arrangements.

Providing, supplying, and fixing Grooved mechanical couplings suitable for Mild Steel - MS pipes conforming to relevant IS/ASTM standards, with ductile iron housing conforming to ASTM A536 Grade 65-45-12 or equivalent, and designed for a minimum working pressure of 10 kg/cm² -PN10; including housing, gasket, coupling bolts and nuts, complete with all necessary accessories. The couplings shall be of approved make and shall provide a secure, leak-tight joint capable of accommodating thermal expansion, contraction, and vibration, including supply, delivery to site, installation, joint testing, tools, consumables, labour, and all incidental works, complete as directed by the Engineer.

After drying, another two coats applyed from the plastering surfaces. Rate inclusive of Water Stagnation for 24 hours, Rate quoted is inclusive of preparation of surface, which includes cleaning of surface polymer mortar curing, labour, tools and equipment, etc., grouting with cement and sand required for the treatment, the cost and labour charges for fixing 25mm dia pressure pipes 15kg/cm2 to a length of 45cm for drip pipes - Spout Pipe, etc. complete.

Providing and laying, gang saw cut 50mm thk Granite like Sadharahalli & Jet black but not limited to, of required size and shape of approved shade, Colour and texture in footpath, in road side plazas and similar locations, laid over 20 mm thk base of cement mortor 1:4 - 1 Cement:4 Coarse Sand including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups etc. Complete as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.Rough Finish

Providing and placing in position 100 mm thick factory made machine batched & machine mixed Precast RCC Rectangular Covers on drains of footpath of various sizes, of M-25 grade cement concrete for RCC work, including cost of centering, shuttering, reinforcement of 8 mm dia TMT bars of Fe 500 grade at maximum 100mm c/c on both ways, neat cement punning on finished surface, properly encased on all edges with 1.6 mm thick, 100 mm wide MS sheet duly painted over priming coat, reinforcement to be welded at edges with MS sheet and providing 2 Nos. 12 mm dia bar for hooks etc i/c cost of cartage, all leads & lift, handling at site etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from the footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within a 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying old cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including a 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand, etc., all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost.

The contractor shall ensure proper operation, maintenance, and safety compliance, including daily inspection, fuel management, and minor repairs during the hire period. The rates include mobilization, demobilization, transportation to and from the site, standby charges, and all incidental costs for complete and satisfactory execution of work, as per standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer.
