Design, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of 110 ampere LT control panel alongwith allied works at pumping station Krimachi.

Job provides Design, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of 110 Ampere rating, 3 phase, LT control panel cum protection panel cum automatic star delta starter along with allied works at pumping station kiramchi by way of fabrication of panel with 3 pole Main and delta Power contactors of 110 ampere 01 no. each and star power contactor of 70 ampere rating-1no., complete with all protection, safety and control devices / mechanism compatible with the design / rating of the prime mover, of reputed make, conforming to ISI standards. The system should be provided with fault analyzer cum controller unit or equivalent of standard and reputed make. The complete system should be unclosed in MS steel enclosure box of suitable dimensions. The enclosure should be finished with powder coated painting from inside as well as from outer surface of approved colour. Providing / laying of copper conductors of proper rating along with insulation material as per site requirement. The enclosure should be front shutter mounted with key locking system having glass window. Digital electronic voltmeter & ampere meter should be provided along with the required current transformer and selector switches. The internal control wiring should be done with flexible PVC LT cable with proper thimbling at each end. The system should trip the motor on power failure and on appearance of an electrical fault mentioned below which may otherwise damage the motor field coils and should not restart automatically until less the system is reset manually, thus providing automation to the system and protection to the motor. The system / star delta auto starter should not fall into delta if it does not fall into star mode first and should remain de-energised to avoid damage to the motor / machinery and also to the power source / transformer. The system / star delta auto starter should trip off if it does not fall into delta & remains in star mode for more than 10-20 seconds. The system shall provide protection against:- Low voltage below 350 V, High Voltage above 450 V, Single phasing ,Reverse phasing, UNBalanced phasing, Dry running, Overloading. In addition the system should have the following audio & visual features for a quick and accurate diagnosis of the appeared fault / status for a speedy rectification of the system- separate LED fault / status indicators, LED phase indicators. Isolation by pass system, for fault analysis of system, with a blinking indicator. An audio warning system/Siren which activates only on starter failure to trip the motor on appearance of any electrical fault mentioned above, to warn the operator to switch off the motor manually.3 LED, contactor 'COIL OK', indicators, one for each of the contactors /coil Star& delta indicators to access the star to delta timing. A tamper proof starting system to avoid manipulations by the motor operator to keep the system in a permanently ON position Testing of panel after making all incoming/outgoing connections on no load and then on full load . Job further includes Providing / Fitting of Bus bar arrangement on the wall of the Pump room complete with Frame and Insulation . Also job includes providing and fitting of 250 ampere 4pole ,50 ka breaking strength mccb on wooden board installed at pump room by way of disconnecting electric supply and installing the new mccb and then testing them on load , providing fitting and laying of 16 mm sq single core copper cable from panel to motor into six leads approx. 36 meters. Providing of 8mm & 10 mm graphited gland packing 8 kg each , grease (10 kg) , tool box . Job includes cost of machinery, equipments and material, transportation charges, manual carriage charges, labour charges, loading /unloading charges, hire charges of tools and tackles etc.
