Dismantling &Taking out of unserviceable centrifugal pump set 80/100 HP from pump house with all necessary dismantling work like cutting/welding etc and deposit at AGE E/M store yard complete all as specified and directed

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of centrifugal motor driven Pump complete all as specified and directed with the following specifications:- (a) TEFC Squirrel Cage Induction Motor 3 Phase 50 Hz +/- 5%, AC Supply, 1500 RPM, min capacity 80 HP, confirming to protection IP 55 Horizontal Foot Mounted (B3), continuously rated (S1) suitable for operation of AC Supply with ambient 500C, Class "F" insulation with temperature rise limited to Class "B" Confirming to IS 325 complete. (b) Pump :- Centrifugal Pump - END SUCTION PUMP, Horizontal type, multistage, centrifugal, split casing pump body made up of cast iron & enclosed type impeller with stainless steel shaft of capacity 444 m3/hr of 50 mtr head with 1500 RPM suitable for the above motor. (c) Pump and Motor assembled with base plate, coupling, coupling gourd and fondation bolts. (d) Suitable cement concrete foundation duly plastered with anti vibration pads heavy duty,painting of blue colour to suction and delivery pipe line, MS common base plate coupling guard. (e) Necessary conection from motor pump set to Pannel including control wiring all as specified and directed. (f) One coat of red lead primer of best quality (IS approved ) shall be applied. Finally two (2) coats of Synthetic enamel paint of best quality (IS approved) colour shall be applied on inlet/outlet/ channels/baseplates etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MCCB 200A, 4 pole, 36KA, 50 HZ AC, 415 V complete with enclosure and fixed on wall and necessary connection of incomming and outgoing with stater with suitable size copper cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and testing for automatic star delta starter, 3 phase, 415 V, 50 Hz suitable for 100 HP centrifugal pumpsets including all accessories and control wiring and fixing arrangements on wall with necessary nutbolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to the galvanised earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel using GI or steel wire 4 mm dia as earthing lead as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil, earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, pit, funnel, 20 mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe, 15mm dia GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe and pre-cast earth pit cover made of RCC (1:1.5:3) type A1 duly reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar @150 c/c both ways, one lifting handle made out of 10 mm dia TMT bar 250 mm long embedded in cover slab and cover, wire, copper lugs etc mesh, chorcoal and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of pressure gauge 100mm dia range 0-10Kg /Sqcm with accuracy +2% . Note: quoted rated should including for providing of adopter /Ferrule/check nut etc required for fixing pressure guage and necessary alterations to MS or CI pipe for taping if required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing 150mm CI non return valve(NRV) flange type PN 1.6 conforming to IS:5312:1984 swing type natural flap complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing of XLPE insulated,PVC outer sheated ,single core copper cable in CPVC pipe of size 50 mm dia concealed in floor inside CPVC pipe between motor terminal and starter panel of size of 70 Sqmm (Motor side) cable complete all as specified and directed. Note :- CPVC pipe will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and lay of CPVC pipes of 50 mm bore including fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing of 200 mm dia foot valve 10/15 Kg/Sqcm including for flanged joint and taking up and down suction pipe, cutting pipe and welding flanges, alteration in sump opening and making good to the disturbed portion of UG sump/wall complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix of sluice valve of following sizes, cast iron body, PN-1.6 with flanged ends drilled at both ends, confirming to IS-14846, ISI marked , having brass spindle with iron wheel at top, with nuts, bolts, washers, rubber gasket etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix MS specials such as bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type straight, bend increasing, decreasing or double sockets etc) tee pieces singe branch , "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or sockets and spigot) collars, caps and plugs upto 300 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundations, taking down/ laying of cables/ pipes or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. and not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (spoil) at a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI tubing ,medium grade of following dia pipe with all fitting, laid in trenches, or fixed to walls with clamps, floors, ceiling etc. complete of the following bore sizes bore complete all as specified and as directed
