M&L Removing Submersible Pump & Motor Assembly 12.5 HP capacity to AGE E/M Store Yard at LIKABALI, Opening/Dismantling & Checking in presence of a Board of Officers to ascertain the quantum of Defects and Repair Works involves, Cleaning of Cover and Parts as required, Transporting defective Submersible Pump & Motor Assembly to nearest Workshop, Repairing & Replacing of Unserviceable Parts, Reassembling Submersible Pump Motor Assembly after repaired, Transporting repaired Submersible Pump Motor Assembly back to Work Site, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- (a) Spare Parts required to be replace will be Measured and Paid as "Supply only" under relevant Items. Cost of Labour Element involved for replacement of Parts will deem to include in the Quoted Unit Rate. M&L Repairs/Maint & Servicing of DG Set 125 KVA Capacity of MAKE : ASHOK LEYLAND/ KIRLOSKAR/ KIRLOSKAR GREEN, complete all as specified and as directed comprising with the following Works:- (a) Replacement of all Filters, Lubricating Oil. (b) Checking of Belt Tension, Battery Connections and Topping up Distilled Water (if required), External Bolts and Nuts and its Tightening, Safety Units and its Electrical Connection, Alternator Cable Connections, Engine Control Wirings. (c) Carry out necessary Tappet Clearance, if required. (d) Cleaning of Fuel Lines, Inlet Air Lines and Exhaust Liner Radiator Fins. (e) Check functioning of Changing Alternator. (f) Engine Safety viz. High Water Temperature Gauge, Oil Pressure Gauge, Oil Temperature Gauge and High Speed Gauge shall be checked for their functions and repaired/replaced if required. (g) Coolant Level and Conditioning of Coolant shall be checked and refilled if required. (h) The Governor shall be Checked and Tuned for Proper Functioning. (j) Check for Leaks if any and shall be rectified. (k) The Engine shall be Run on NO LOAD or at AVAILABLE LOAD, Check any Leakage and Abnormal Noise. If any such abnormality Noticed the same shall be Diagnosed and Remedial Action shall be taken to removed the casues. NOTE :- (a) Cost of all Materials i.e. Spare Parts and Labour Elements required for Functional of DG Set will deem to be included in the Quoted Unit Rate.
