M&L for raking of joint/removing old any sealing compound, dirt from EXPANSION JOINTS 20mm wide and 30mm deep, cleaning the joint sides properly by mechanical means with diamond cutter, filling the joints with closed cell, medium density, cross linked polyethene foam backup rod of 20mm dia and applying bond breaker tape on top of backup rod for complete width of the joints, priming top with specified primer suitable for polysulfide sealing compound and filling polysulfide based sealent, 10 mm thick including using masking tape on edges of joints to avoid accidental spillage of sealent on top of surface of pavements complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for raking of joints/removing old any sealing compound, dirt from DUMMY/CONSTRUCTION JOINTS 10 mm wide and 25mm deep, cleaning the joint sides properly by mechanical means with diamond cutter ,filling the joints with closed cell, medium density, cross linked polyethene foam backup rod of 10 mm dia and applying bond breaker tape on top of backup rod for complete width of the joints, priming top with specified primer suitable for polysulfide sealing compound and filling polysulfide based sealent, 15 mm thick including using masking tape on edges of joints to avoid accidental spillage of sealent on top of surface of pavements complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for raking of joints/removing old any sealing compound, dirt ,up to a average depth of 25 mm from DUMMY/CONSTRUCTION JOINTS of a average width 12 mm , cleaning the joint sides properly by mechanical means with diamond cutter, filling the joints with closed cell, medium density, cross linked polyethene foam backup rod of 12 mm dia and applying bond breaker tape on top of backup rod for complete width of the joints, priming top with specified primer suitable for polysulfide sealing compound and filling polysulfide based sealent, 13 mm thick including using masking tape on edges of joints to avoid accidental spillage of sealent on top of surface of pavements complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for making good cracks/repair in Concrete slabs (exposed rigid pavement ) by cutting 30mm to 40mm deep and cutting spilled joint, sides perpendicular and parallel to edges by mechanical tools like diamond cutter, cleaning with compressed air under pressure and filling with Elastomeric concrete after application of specified primer all as per manufactures instruction and specifications complete and removal of rubbish to a distance exc 250 m and nexc 500 m and depositing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for making good cracks in slabs (exposed rigid pavement) by cutting grooves 30mm to 40mm deep and cutting spilled joint sides perpendicular and parallel to edges by mechanical tools like diamond cutter , cleaning with compressed air under pressure and filling with epoxy resin mortar after application of specified primer and removal of rubbish to distance exc 250m and n.exc. 500m and depositing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for applying and making good cracks/repair to rough surface of Flexible Pavement using with Cold emulsion Cationic bitumen conforming to IS:8887:2004 grade rapid setting on Flexible Pavement , these materials are handle and laid by hand, using @ 1.50 kg/sqm approved quality with using water and finish with existing surface, including preparation of surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
