Providing and fixing of 36 KV,Outdoor Voltage Transformer , ratio 33000/√3/110/√3 volt accuracy class 0.5 5P10 Burden 100 VA,Duration 1.5 for 30 sec Oil filled (live tank type), vaccum impregnated, twin core with accessories confirmed to IS 3156 with latest amendments.

Providing and fixing of 33KV,Outdoor Current Transformer ,Oil filled (live tank type), vaccum impregnated, twin core with following ratio with accessories confirmed to IS 2705 with latest amendments.

Repair & servicing 33 KV air break Disconnection switch (G.O. Switch) with earthling/Without earthing switch by Cleaning of the moving contacts & fixed contacts of these switches, Cleaning and removal deposited carbon from supply and load link jaws and connection link bar, Providing/Replacement of Nut-Bolts Washers, jaws, springs etc, Lubricating and greasing of all points, links and moving parts of air break Disconnection switch and earthling switch.

Supply and fixing of LT porcelain pin insulator as per IS 1445-1997 suitable for working voltage 1100 volts including all accessories like hot dip GI forged spindle of 260mm long and nuts etc as reqd as per Discom specification.

Supplying and drawing overhead steel core Aluminium conductor (ACSR) ISI marked(IS 398 part II-1996) on existing cross arms through insulator with all necessary T&P required including binding and twisting etc. complete in all respect as required as per Discom specification

Providing laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes as per Table 400-7 to Water Bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness; hand packing, rolling with power roller 8-10 tonnes, in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening (Table 400-8) binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering (with water browser) and compacting to required density, making necessary earthen bund to protect edges as per clause 404 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion

Supply and fixing of PG clamps on overhead lines/jumpers, made of aluminium alloy of IS 617-1994 (with latest amendment if any) with steel nut and bolts conforming to IS 1363-1992 & IS 1367/1979-80 (with latest amendments if any) all ferrous metal parts intended for outdoor use except those made of stainless steel shall be protected by hotdip galvanising in accordance with IS 2633-1986 complete in all respect as required for ACSR conductor.

P/ F IP-65/ IP-66 protected street light luminaries on existing bracket. Fixture made from powder coated single piece pressure die cast aluminum housing with heat dissipation fins on housing with high power LEDs . Diffuser / glass cover for ensuring IP-65 protection for lamp and control gear compartment, system lumen output of 100 lum/watt high power LED. Integrated driver shall be high efficiency having efficiency more than 85 % and in compliance to IEC standards. System life of 50000 burning hours with 70 % of initial lumens maintained. Fixture shall be in CE compliance.IP-65 protected LED street light luminaries(Group A)

Providing and laying Stranded/ Flexible Annealed Bare copper conductor ,XLPE/PVC insulated suitably laid up together overall polyester taped Al (inner sheeted GI Steel wire Mylar/Drain wire) along with ATC drain wire , round/steel armoured overall PVC sheathed (ST-1) overall screened Core armoured instrumentation Cables generally confirming to PAS 5308- Part-2-2009.
