Carriage of gate structure along with winch machine and stem rod with the help of manual labour using tools and tackles. Loading in mechanical transport and then carriage to workshop. Fabrication of leaf structure of size 6.7 ft x 5 ft (approx.) using the ISMC75 channel size with vertical & horizontal cross members for support by way of cutting as per required size and then welding using superior quality electrodes. The leaf is to be fabricated with 4 number horizontal supports and 3 number vertical supports at equidistance from each other. The supports should be fabricated out of ISMC75 channel. Providing and welding the MS sheet of 6mm thickness on the frame of fabricated from MS channel.
