Dismantling of old unserviceable Steel tubular pole/ struts / PCC / any size any type and removing from site, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement of steel tubular swaged poles, type 410 SP 31 (Overall length 9.00 m) complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts screws and washers including painting two coats of black bituminous paint internally and externally up to planting depth and remaining external portion with two coats of aluminum paints over a coat of red oxide primer and writing pole Nos with white paint on black back ground, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches but Exc 1.50 but n.exc 3.0m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm as in soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point as in soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spread sand in trenches as sand cushioning to underground cable for protection with dry fine river sand and provide required cover after punning down 18CM will be measured and paid complete all as specified and directed.(Note: Thickness of sand cushion after punning down will be measured and paid.)

Supply and laying well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks (designated-75) locally available best quality, laid dry in trenches for protection of underground cable all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation of PCC poles/struts as specified including necessary form work, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation of stay assembly etc including necessary form work, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for coping around poles, including necessary form work finishing even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and laying in replacement of GI tube light grade as in cable protection pipe including all fittings & taking down / taking out from trench complete all as directed for the following sizes :-

M&L for cleaning, scrapping, preparing of old painted steel tubular pole 9m long and applying one coat of aluminium red oxide primer and two coat of aluminium paint to pole and accessories / fittings whatever fixed on pole including marking/writing pole No on each pole with yellow SE paint with 5cm large bold letters on black background of suitable size at a height of 2m above GL complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Trimming / cutting of the tree branches / bushes which falls within a clear distance of 3 meter from all sides from the LT over head conductor & within line of conductors, and shifting waste to nearby waste depot & cleaning area complete. Note :- Horizontal distance of tree touching to the over head lines shall be measured for the purpose of payment

M&L Mild steel cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps, and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers , welding, bending, cold or hot , drilling holes for bolts , in any shape or size as indicated complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of unserviceable worn out / weathered / damaged ACSR conductor, service feeder of any size and type from pole after disconnecting jumpers and insulator bindings complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cross arm of MS channel or angle section from pole anysize complete all as directed.

Dismantling insulators of any type and any size complete all as directed.

Dismantling stay assembly complete all as directed

Unbinding the existing HT/LT overhead lines of any configuration and size of conductor by opening the binding wire from insulators and Re-stringing to the required tension and sag and binding with new aluminium binding wire of suitable gauge complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of ACSR conductor for HT/LT overhead line and proper stringing to required tension and sag including binding with new aluminium binding wire of suitable size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for overhauling of existing 16 meters height high mast lighting system by degreasing and cleaning of double drum winch, gear box, wire rope, clamp, bobbin arrangement, power tool motor, mechanical torque limiter, lowering the mast head assembly, degreasing and cleaning the pulley, docking arm etc and applying new grease / lubricating oil for all mechanical moving / rotating parts, checking all the electrical parts such as timer panel, all cable connections in control panel, motor, junction box, flood light fittings & aviation obstruction light fitting etc, rectifying the defects, renewing the defective components etc including testing for proper functioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Replacement of flood light fittings, aviation obstruction light, control cable, steel wire rope , timer panel components & rewinding of motor if required at site shall be measured and paid separately. However, the cost of minor spare parts & lubrication is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and fix in replacement of 150/170 Watt LED flood light fitting made up of Pressure die-cast aluminium alloy housing with toughened glass, IP65 protection and impact resistance of IK07 and individual high power LEDs with secondary optics having system lumen efficacy ≥100 lm/W, Inbuilt potted electronic LED driver with APFC (SMPS based constant current supply), lower THD, Open Circuit protection, Over Voltage protection, Surge Voltage protection & other safety test as per IS 15885 Part-2/Sec 13 and BIS complying including surface mounting using adjustable MS cradle of thickness 5 mm provided with the fixture including taking down existing unserviceable flood light fitting of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and fix in replacement of reversing starter with Forward, OFF and Reverse switch 25A suitable for three phase power tool motor of high mast lighting system including taking down existing unserviceable reversing starter of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of three pole AC power contactor, 32 Amps, 415 volts suitable for street light timer panel including taking down existing unserviceable power contactor of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement Auto/ Manual with centre off switch suitable for street light timer panel including taking down existing auto / manual switch of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting and removing of burnt out winding from electric motor of any make and rewinding with super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge and number of turns including varnishing, heating etc and testing for satisfactory performance for capacity up to 3.0 HP, 3 Ph, 415 Volts, 50Hz, AC motor complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of LED Post top light fitting 45 Watt / 50 Watt, made in die-cast aluminum housing with decorative clear opal acrylic diffuser, IP 65 protection, spun aluminum powder coated canopy, low power Warm White (WW) LEDs connected in series and parallel combination with better heat dissipation arrangement with LED color temperature- 3000K ±300K, Highly efficient constant current electronic driver having operating voltage range from 140-280 Volt AC, provided with high voltage, open and short circuit protection, Voltage surge protection 5KV complete suitable for up to 60mm OD pipe entry with fixing bolts including taking down existing unserviceable post top light of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Material and labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of LT steel poles or RCC Poles and painting with one coat of aluminium paint on all steel surfaces such as poles, channels, angles, clamps, nuts, bolts and washers of any description and Zebra marking on pole with black paint up to one meter height above PCC coping including pasting of radium reflector band / strips (Make: 3M or equivalent) of 5cm wide in Green (02 Nos) & White (01 No.) colour shall be provided at a height of 1.25mtr from coping of pole and writing the pole number in black colour on yellow background at a suitable place on the pole including applying one coat of snow cem on PCC coping of pole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level connecting to GI strip 25x4 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel and earth wire protected by 50mm dia GI pipe medium grade and connected to pole structure/ panel board/earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I(2009) and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.
