Covering cabin and Platform

Shaping of Cabin as per logo of PM- Vishwakarma- Providing, fixing, shaping and painting/Polishing around Cabin of the truck as per miniature3-D Model using Marine plywood, mat finish flux and thermacol and suitable wooden button frames support all around of the Cabin. Proper button framing to be done with plywood for carving the logo of PM- Vishwakarma in the front of cabin with 30-40 cm projection. The write up In Hindi/ English as per 3D model to be properly carved out and colour as per model The outer to outer diameter of Circular logo will be 3.5 Meters The framing and covering should be done with wooden button size 8cm x 5 cm with center to center 90 Cm structure inside with 4 mm Marine plywood as per Model. Proper arrangement to be made for entry & exit, viewing and sitting of Driver for driving in the cabin.

Model of Pinion, Flex on PM- Vishwakarma on the right side of the Cabin: Providing, fixing shaping and painting/polishing of Pinion and fixing of flex on PM- Vishwakarma using plywood & Thermocole, whichever is applicable as per 3-D model. The size of the Pinion & flex to be at par with the overall size of the Cabin. The model should be fabricated in consultation with Technical Officer, Directorate of Industries and as per 3D model.

Model of Earthen Pot ( Small& Big- 3 Nos.) and with tray containing clay/soil and different colours on the top of the Cabin: Providing, fixing shaping and painting/polishing Big& small earthen pots, tray with clay/ soil, colours using plywood, Thermocole or POP whichever is applicable as per 3-D model. The size of the Pots and other objects should be as per the 3-D model. The model should be fabricated in consultation with Technical Officer, Directorate of Industries and if required may altered as per direction.

Covering of Platform - Providing, fixing, and painting / Polishing of covering (Four Sides) around platform of the truck with Marine plywood, and suitable wooden button frames support all around of the Cabin. The size of covering is Length 8.50 Meter X Breadth 3.50 Meter and Height 1.00 to 1.75 Meter. The framing and covering should be done with Wooden button size 8cm x 5 cm with center to center 90 Cm structure inside with 18 mm Marine plywood as per 3D Model. An elevated platform of size 30cm to 40cm in height to be erected horizontally on half of the truck to display the various activities as per 3D model.

Display of live activity (Different trades) with the support Tools & equipment’s and other materials/items for for Carpentry, Blacksmithy, Fishing Net Maker, Masonry, Basket/ Coir Weaver Maker, Barber

Blacksmith : Designing, Providing, fixing, and Painting/Polishing of Blacksmith tool & equipment such as Anvil, Hammer etc. on the platform as per 3-D Model using Marine plywood, cotton cloths and suitable wooden button frames support and art work done on the flux such as naming & labeling the products. The products size to be designed in such a manner that the top of it should be visible from the front. The prototype of Blacksmith products as per 3D model to be placed at the appropriate place as per the Model.

Coir Products: - Designing, Providing, fixing, and Painting/Polishing of Coir Weaving machine on platform as per 3-D Model using Marine plywood, Coir ropes etc. and suitable wooden button frames support and art work done on the flux like labeling & naming the products. The products size to be designed in such a manner that the top of it should be visible from the front. The prototype of Coir products such as Coir Mat Coir ropes etc. as per 3D model to be placed in the edge of Truck as per Model.

Carpentry products:- Designing, Providing, fixing, and Painting/Polishing of Carpentry products (chairs or table) on the platform as per 3-D Model using Marine plywood, cotton cloths and suitable wooden button frames support and art work done on the flux such as naming & labeling the products. The products size to be designed in such a manner that the top of it should be visible from the front. The prototype of Carpentry products as per 3D model to be placed in the edge of Truck as per Model.

Fishing Net Maker Products: -Designing, Providing, fixing, of Fishing Net on the elevated platform as per 3-D Model using relevant materials (Fish Net). The products size to be designed in such a manner that the top of it should be visible from the front. The prototype of Fishing Net products as per 3D model to be placed in the Truck as per Model.

Masonry Products: Designing, Providing, fixing, of Masonry products( Red bricks etc.) on the elevated platform as per 3-D Model using plywood or thermacol and art work done on the flux such as naming & labeling the products. The products size to be designed in such a manner that the top of it should be visible from the front. The prototype of Masonry work products such as Red Bricks Masonry as per 3D model to be placed in the Truck as per Model.

Basket Maker Products: - Designing, Providing, fixing, of Basket Making products on the elevated platform as per 3-D Model and art work done on the flux such as naming & labeling the products. The products size to be designed in such a manner that the top of it should be visible from the front. The prototype of Basket Making products such as Baskets, Bamboo mats etc. as per 3D model to be placed in the Truck as per Model.

Barber: - Designing, Providing, fixing, of Barber shop on the elevated platform as per 3-D Model and art work done on the flux such as naming & labeling the products. The products size to be designed in such a manner that the top of it should be visible from the front. The prototype of Barber shop such as Barber Chair, Mirror, Racks etc. as per 3D model to be placed in the Truck as per Model.

Providing and fixing of display boards made out of plywood ,thermacol and velvet cloth to display various products of Tailoring Centre on the Display Board fabricated with proper structure using wooden buttons.

Live Models

Live Model - Providing of live model ( both male & female) as working live model at the tailoring & garment making, Coir Weaving, Blacksmithy, Carpentry, Fishing Net Maker, Mason,Barber shop, Basket Maker and pottery on the TABLEAU.

Dress and Uniform - Providing of suitable dress and uniform with Gloves, Head gears,& Apron to the live model as per requirement to be placed at the TABLEAU.

Providing and fixing of flex

Providing & fixing of matt finish flex on entire 3 side of the truck as per 3D model having pinion on it. Color of the flex will be given by technical officer of the department.

Write Up

Fascia Write up Providing , fixing and Writing on the Front side and back side of the TABLEAU with thermacol cutting “ INDUSTRIES”, “ UDYOG”( in hindi), as per direction of the department

Write ups :- Providing , fixing and Writing on the TABLEAU with flux or thermacol cutting “ TAILOR” “COIR WEAVER”, “BLACKSMITH”, CARPENTER, FISH NET MAKER, MASON, BASKET MAKER, BARBER, POTTER and other sticker as per direction of the department

Logo of Skill Development “ HAND with SPANNER”

Designing, Providing, fixing, and Painting/Polishing of logo of Skill Development “ HAND with SPANNER’ as per 3 D Model using Marine plywood, and suitable wooden button frames support and the products size to be designed in such a manner that the top of it should be visible from the front.

Write up Thank You

Thank You- Designing, printing, and fixing of line drawing “Thank you” & Daniavad( in Hindi) at the back of the TABLEAU. The write up should be of size 2 meters 2 Meter and to be done with thermocol or sticker as per the instructions of duty officials.

Frills

Frills Providing and fixing velvet cloth frill around the truck with 50 Cm height with sufficient frills as per the instruction of the department.
