Arresting of Transformer Oil Leakage from different parts of 40 MVA-I, Kanohar Make Transformer by application of Hypoxy Oil Laekage Solutions consisting of Hypoxy Steel Fast, Titanium Bond, Cleaner etc. Replacement of gaskets on the indicator in conservator tank by providing and fixing of new gaskets as per existing size made of rubberized cork sheet made of Kotika/Turboze/Nu cork brand grade 07.

Centrifuging of oil in the transformer from Main tank, Conservator, OLTC Tank, taking the BDV value at a period of 4 hrs. as per norms of T/F manufacturing till the desired value of BDV is attained. Filling of centrifuged T/F oil at required oil levels of T/F. (Approx. 18 KL.) Centrifuging Machine shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.
