Cost Estimate for Erection, Testing & Commissioning of new 0.2S Accuracy 400 KV CVT at 400KV S/S Sarnath, Varanasi :
Shifting and placing of M.S. Chequered plate, wooden sleeper etc. at site from store of 400 KV sub station to various aforesaid bays in the switchyard for easy movement of the Hydra Crane (provided by contractor) as per requirement and shifting back to store after successful completion of work. (Note: 01 Job for each site).
Dismantling of old 400KV CVT (0.5 accuracy ABB make) from above bays (as per Sl No. B) by opening of Nut & Bolts, opening of jumpers, cable connection, earthing and shifting up to store/ designated place as per direction of supervising engineer with all cost of men, material, T&P, Hydra etc. required for the completion of the Job. (Note: 01 Job for each CVT) .
Fabrication / modification of existing CVT structure base by drilling and machining of holes as per site requirement. (Note: 01 job for each CVT)
Erection, Testing & commissioning of new 400KV CVT (0.2 accuracy) on existing Aux. structure along with shifting of new CVT from store to site, complete in all respect as per direction of supervising engineer with all cost of men, material, T&P, Hydra etc. required for the completion of the Job.. (Note: 01 job for each CVT)
Earthing of 400KV new erected CVT by connecting with 75x10mm MS flat along with cutting, bending, straightening, welding and painting etc. (Note: 01 job for each phase) (M.S. flat shall be provided by department)
Connecting the twin moose jumpers & cable terminals of new erected 400KV CVT. (Note: 01 job for each phase)
