Painting (two or more coats) on rain water, soil waste and vent pipes and fittings with aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture over a priming coat of ready mixed zinc chromate yellow primer on new work :

II. Bathroom Repair, Renovation and Waterproofing
Dismantling Vitrified tile work in floors of size 600 x 600 mm laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 100 metres lead complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm.
WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : (a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry.
Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor with different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS : 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints (Payment for grouting of joints to be made separately).

Grouting the joints of flooring tiles having joints of 3 mm width, using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg), including filling / grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

III. Waterproofing by Chemical Treatment and Painting Wall surfaces (Staircase and Common areas)
Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.
Providing & Applying polymer modified, flexible cementatious negative side waterproofing coating with elastic waterproofing polymers on interior wall plaster surface in three coats @14.35 kg /10 sqm. one coat of self priming of cementatious waterproofing polymer(dilution with water in the ratio of 1:1) and two coats of cementatious waterproofing polymer (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1 ) after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove pre-existing paint film & loose particles till plaster is visible, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.
Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content.
With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre
Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.

IV. Concrete Repair and Protection for Structural Elements
Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Bars above 12 mm diameter
Providing Anti-corrosive treatment to exposed reinforcement before repair or concrete overlay with Two-component zinc-rich primer on exposed bars at a Coverage rate about 4 sqm per litre per coat at 50 micron dry film thickness in 2 coats to offer active galvanic protection for steel and reinforced concrete and allowing it to cure, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect.
SBR Polymer (@10% of cement weight) modified cementitious bond coat @ 2.2 kg cement per sqm of surface area mixed with specified proportion of approved polymer.
Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note: Measurement and payment: The pre-measurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed and Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument and/or the 75mm size cube crushing strength at the end of 28 days to be not less than 30 N/Sqmm2).

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.
Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content.

V. Doors and Joineries
Removal of existing completely damaged wooden door shutters and frame at Terrace and Providing & fixing of new factory made Galvanised Iron door shutter along with suitable frame of approved make and manufacture along with painting done including necessary screws and fittings all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Repairing of Aluminium door: Removal and Replacement of double action hydraulic floor spring and damaged pivot set of approved brand and manufacture conforming to IS : 6315, having brand logo embossed on the body / plate, making good the same matching to the existing floor finishing and cover plates fixed along with necessary accessories etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. The cost is inclusive of Labour charges, Manpower and Machinery rent.
VI. Re-Painting of the Walls for 3 Nos. of Suite Rooms
Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

New work (Two or more coats applied @ 2.23 litre/ 10 sqm over and including special priming coat of interior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm.
Providing Texture design to the painted wall surface for final aesthetic finish in desired pattern/ scratched to 1-1.5 mm finished film thickness wherever required all done complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
