S&F Steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.00 metre long) including two coats of bituminous paint internally and externally for the portion embedded in concrete and two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer to external/ exposed surfaces, including taking down existing pole of any description, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to includes excavation and earth work, 150mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) below pole and filled in trench alround the pole including coping up to 20cm above ground using PCC (1:2:4) type B1 with required formwork complete. (ii) Rate quoted by the contractor shall also deemed to include for taking down carefully the existing unserviceable pole, serviceable street light fitting and ACSR conductor including connecting accessories and refixing the same after replacing the new pole with all necessary accessories complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Hot press moulded SMC Junction box of size 240 mm x 130 mm x 95 mm with right openable hinged door with two number aluminium bus bars mounted on porcelain insulator including clamps of MS flat iron 25 x 3 mm with bolts and nuts including taking down old junction box, complete all as specified and directed. Make : Sintex Cat No. GSJB-2817 or techno commercially equivalent make as in list of makes and as approved by GE.

Supply and lay in trenches/fixed to walls/poles etc and commissioning XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed heavy duty LT 1100 Volts grade armoured under ground cable with aluminium conductor of size 2 Core 10 Sqmm including lugs etc and taking out of existing cable all as specified and directed. Note :- Earth work excavation, sand cushioning and brick protection shall be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation, laying of poles / cable in trenches and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed .
