Providing and applying Prime coat with bitumen emulsion-SS using emulsion pressure distributor @ 0.70 Kg/Sqm. on the prepared granular surface cleaned manually. As per MORD specification 502

Supply and Laying of 350 MM HP NP3 into foundation, keeping in to proper alignment, fixing of collar with 1:2 Cement and coarse sand mortar and jute etc. rquired for protect jointing including-putting/shifting of pipes to foundation etc. and all labour T&P, Material, etc. required for proper completion of work. First Class 150 Brick work in 1:4 cement and fine sand of 1.25 FM modulous mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labours and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. As per MORD specification 11.5 I (600, 1200)labour cess, Royalty etc. (Excluding GST)

Struck pointing in 1:3 (cement & sand mortar) on brick work including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. Required for proper completion of the work but with cement mortar consisting of 1 part cement and 2 parts of fine sand of 1.25 F.M. As per MORD specification 12.2 (600) labour cess, Royalty etc. (Excluding GST)

12mm (1/2) thick plaster 1:4 (cement & sand mortar) over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 10 mm thick including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. rquired for completion of the work. As per MORD specification 12.3 (600) labour cess, Royalty etc. (Excluding GST)
