M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping with machanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanical) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for single component polymer modified repair mortar with compressive strength minimum 38 MPA at 28 days (ASTM C 109:99) and tensile strength minimum 2.5 Mpa (ASTM C 307) up to 15mm in a single coat @ 34 kg per sqm for 15mm thickness as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for waterproof cement based putty @ 1 Kg (undiluted) per sq mtr. of average thickness 1 mm over the plastered/old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour as per following steps complete all as specified and directed:- Step 1) Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute. Step 2) Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI. Step 3) Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface.

M&L for one coat of acrylic water based interior grade primer @ 0.8 ltr (undiluted)/10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of acrylic distemper of approved colour using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and directed. Note: Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500 - 2700 RPM, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer.

M&L for two coats water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive & color stay technology, excellent dirt pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/liter as per the LEEDS specification, anti algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 ltr (undiluted)/10sqm diluted with water as per manufacture instruction applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of point application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No 1 to 6 above: (a) The work pertaining to periodical services & water proofing shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacture of which the materials i.e paint distemper, cement base paint, putty etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Garrison Engineer. (b) The contractor shall upload along with the document undercover-I, 'Memorandum of Understanding' (MOU) with only one manufacturer mentioned in the contract, failing which the bid shall liable to be rejected.

Removing vegetation/ plant from wall, roof, over chajjas water tank etc, growing in any position complete, including removing roots, bldgs upto 2 stories height including necessary scaffolding and necessary tools complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old floor/ hardstanding/ pavers block/ chequered tile/ roof tile surface and applying two coats of floor/roof paint over a self priming coat as per following working specification:- (a) Wash surface with a house to remove loose dust and scrub with brush to remove algae/ fungus and moss growth. (b) After diluting the emulsion with 30 to 40% water, applying a self priming coat. (c) Wait for 6 to 7 hours, then add two coats of floor coat emulsion after thinning with water to obtain brushable consistency.
