Demolition of brick work/stone masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles all as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone agg as in foundation, filling and mass concrete and similar works etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc, including raking out jonts, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of bricks on concrete surfaces, mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately as supply only

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of bricks on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in sub base, hardstanding and similar works etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for pre-polished chequered cement concrete tiles of size 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor with white cement and pigment to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block coloured any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade (With grey cement and Pigment) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand cushioning for laying interlocking paver block complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 25 mm thick in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises, complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar and rubbish off the premises, complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Dismantling of chain link fencing wire mesh any type and position and remove from site complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, posts embedded in natural ground and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Only embedded portion will be measured.

All as per serial item No 17 here-in-before but posts embedded in concrete, brickwork and masonry and removing from site

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes), each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out in soft / loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed

S&F steel work as in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to IS 1161-1979 grade St 240 complete all specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for fixing angle iron posts etc all as specified and as directed

S&F for framed brackets or angles or tees with web and flange cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as in gates of angles or othr section with gusset plates, riveting, etc, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing, also posts and struts in swan neck angle including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and as directed

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire as in repair complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for mild steel TMT Bars 6 to 8 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for mild steel round bars 6 to 10 mm dia conforming to Fe-290, Gde-E-165 as in woolen bar for fixing chain link wire mesh, etc complete all as specified and as directed

Supply & fixing concertina coil (reinforced punched barbed tape single layer) fixed on Y shape angle iron complete all as specified and as directed. (i) Dia of concertina coil 600 mm dia (ii) Nos of turns in concertina 50 to 53 turns (iii) weight of each coil 905 to 10 kg (iv) Coverage per coil 6RM

S&F galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges, large hasps and staples, chains, hand made sliding bolts, clamps, hold fasts, wall ties, hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters, knee piece inserts, two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut (dia of neck 10 mm and 10 cm long) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10 centimetre width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete, (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 MPs as in roof covering/claddingto wall, fixed with self tapping screws.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm soft and loose soil complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed .
