4mm thick designer ceiling board in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufactures instrucitons, laid over and including hot dipped galvanised iron in post grid with 24mm wide T section exposed flanges which shall be powder coated white. The frame work shall comprise of main runner made from 0.33mm thick galvanished steel sheet of size 24x32mm spaced at 1200mm centres securely fixed to the structural soffits by approved hangers at 1200mm maximum centres. Hangers of GI wire 4mm dia to be fixed by approved rawl plug or hanged with existing truss members. The last hanger at the end of each main runner shall not be greater than 450 frin adhacebt wall flush fittings of 1200mm long screws Tee with (double stiching) to interlocked between main runners at 600mm centre to centre from 1200 x 600mm modules cross tee longer than 600mm modules to be formed by fittings 600mm long cross tee, tee perimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45mm thick galvanised steel of size 19 x 19mm of white colour all as per instructions including Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring16-18 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortor 15mm thick in CM 1:6 including dismantling of existing Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises . complete all as apecified and as directed

M&L for kota stone floor 16-18 mm thick,in skirting,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including rendering 10 mm thick Cement plaster 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces including dismantling of existing Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises . complete all as apecified and as directed

Material & labour factory made steel windows double shutter box type, outer frame made out of ERW TUBE 'P' section (60x45x25mm) and shutters of ERW TUBE 'P' section (50x35x20mm) operable shutters side hung includding pistol hinges with two Nos of MS Tower bolts 150mm size on each shutter steel handle and stopper of 'Z' section with 10mm squar guard bars devetailed or welded ready for glass fixing and wire gauzed fixing with suitabel fittings/openning for cooler/AC where required .Steel windows will be double shutter external glazed and internal wire gauzed complete all as specifed and as per Drg No CEPZ/TD-354/07 1/3 to 3/3 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE: The quoted rate against the above item shall also include (i) 04 Nos MS Steel lugs of 20x5mm MS flat 20cm long over all welded to frames (ii) PCC block for embedding lugswith and including taking down old existing window and making good jambs sofits and cills of opening with 15mm thick cement mortar 1:4 and fixing of holdfast with PCC 1:3:6 where ever required
