REPAIR MAINTENANCE OF LT NETWORK INCL LT PANEL LT CABLES LT OVERHEAD LINES IN SECTOR C UNDER GE (N) PATIALA

Amount

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil including removing green vegetation, roots, bushes,etc from surrounding of LT feeder Boards/Poles/substations etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 3.0 mtr in depth for laying of cables errecting of pole including getting out in any kind of soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no. 02 above but exceeding more than 1.5 m in depth.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, and well ramming, in layers not exceeding 25 cm each layer of any kind of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material from site not exceeding 50 mtrs from starting point and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Clean dry sand laid in trenches/ducts for bedding and cushioning to cable, including spreading and leveling complete all as specified and directed. Note:-(i) Consolidated/punned sand shall be considered for purpose of payment.(ii) Sand shall be same as specified for plastering work.

Taking up or down 10 sqmm 2 core worn out/ damaged / partially serviceable/unserviceable PVC insulated underground cable, armoured, heavy duty with aluminium conductors 1100 volt grade from trench including taking out unserviceable bricks,pipes etc testing of cable in the presence of Engr-in-charge to ascertain seviceability,seggregating serviceable and unserviceable cable and keeping in safe custody the serviceable portion for reuse, stocking serviceable bricks for reuse complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Earth work shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Sch 'A' ).

M&L for Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc from LT poles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Cross arms bracing supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shapes or sizes as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat,one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed

Painting of street light PCC pole without removing accessories with one coat of alternative yellow and black straps of 30 cm each upto 1.5 mtr height using synthetic enamell paint .Colour washing the pole above 1.5 mtr height using snowcem of approved colour including painting the steel parts i.e clamps GI bracket etc by applying one coat of aluminum paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Paint to existing steel tubular pole of any type complete with two coat of aluminium synthetic enamel paint from bottom to top of the pole inculding black and yellow paint upto 1.5 Mtr height from bottom alernaterely strip 30 cm each including providing pole number with white enamel paint and 100 mm dia (round) background of blue enamel paint at site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Servicing to Indoor/outdoor type LT panel board single/ double door with canopy by (i) Cleaning with blower, (ii) Cleaning with CTC/Petrol (iii) Replacement of damaged lugsif any (iv) Replacement of deteriorated copper wiring (v) Cleaning and tightening of MCCB terminal connections (vi) Replacement of sheared rubber beadings (vii) Rectifying of loose connections (viii) Replacement of door shutters of suitable size ,with 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet including locking arrangement , door hinges- 2 nos . (ix) writing feeder name with white paint on all incoming and outgoing feeders including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete with existing colour complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair chain link fencing with post and door frame arrangement for LT panel/two pole structure/four pole structure/etc of height 4 feet complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for streching and tightning of existing ACSR conductor any size on LT pole 9 mtr long all as specified (one span consists of 5 ACSR conductors 1 earth wire and cradle guard) includind replacement of J hooks complete all as specified.

M&L for replacement of shackle type porcelain vitreous, white brown or green insulator for working pressure 1.1 kv of size 100mm height and 115 mm dia including galvanized mild steel straps of section 38 x 5 mm size ,20 mm dia bolt nut and washers complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix LT spacer 02 way FIX type made out of PVC material and suitable to work on 1100 volts fixed between 02 conductors in any position along the LT line for any size of conductor along the feeder complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix LT spacer 04 way Fix type made out of PVC material and suitable to work on 1100 volts fixed between 04 conductors in any position along the LT line for any size of conductor along the feeder complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for coping around the pole strut above ground level, foundation of stay etc. including neccassory form work and finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement all as directed and specified

Meterial and labour for making locking provision to the LT panel board of any size/type by providing MS flat iron 25x6 mm up to lengh 15cm duly welded to the both front and back door duly holed for making provision for lock including welding of brocken/unserviceable hinges/mounting arrangements of doors and matching with enamel paint of existing colour on the disturbed surfaces and providing pad lock not less than 75mm with triplicate key complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chrage.

Supply,laying,galvanised steel tubing light grade complete ith all fitting of size 40 mm dia for cable protection along with pole across road etc. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and erecting in true verticle position of steel tublar pole 9 Mtrs long complete with cast iron base plate finial taper plug bolt nuts and screws as as specified and of type 410 SP-31 conforming to relevent IS including two coats of aluminium paint over aone coat of red oxide primer to the full length of the pole and also two coats of bituminus paint inside outside of bottom portion upto 1.5 mtrs length and provide circular bend 32 mm dia 1 Nos of length 2 mtrs duly fixed with necessary clamp for mounting LED security light all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Excavation and PCC shall be measured and paid separetaly.

M & L To find out fault in LT line bring/call fault finding machine equipment and find out fault in any size of LT under ground Cable including disconnecting of cable connection from both side panels/poles and necessary excavation to reach upto cable and making space for cable joint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
