Up gradation of road by way of PL 20mm thick Open Graded Premix Carpet and 75mm thick Wet Mix on Sulari link road under Laguishing

20 mm thick Open Graded premix carpet surfacing with 1.8 cum and 0.90 cum of stone chipping of 13.2 mm size and 11.2 mm size respectively per 100 sqm and 52 Kg. & 56 Kg. of Hot Bitumen per cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm & 11.2 mm size respectively including a tack coat with Hot straight run Bitumen of grade VG10/VG30 seal coat of premixed fine agg. (passing 2.36 mm & retaining on 180 micron sieve) with Bitumen using 128 Kg.of Bitumen of grade VG10/VG30 per cum of fine agg. and 0.60 cum of fine agg. per 100 sqm of road surface including rolling and finishing cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications, complete in all respect. (Including cost of Bitumen)

Providing, laying,spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate 75mm thick Wet Mix Macadam specifications including premixing the material with water at OMC in Mechanical Mix plant, carriage of mixed material by Tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base on well prepared surafaces and compacting with vibrator roller to achieve the desired density including scrifing WBM/ Bitumin surface, finished work to be measured including all leads, lifts and carriage of material by MT / H.L. ( conforming to clause 406 of MORT&H speciications).

Supplying and laying including digging, carrying by lorry, filling River Bed Material including watering & consolidation in layers to specified lines, camber, grades and cross sections for filling of berms. Finished work including material and labour incl. all leads and lifts, carriage of material by MT/HL (for berm filling).
