M/o Office Building under North Zone.

Daily cleaning, sweeping and scavenging of office rooms at office complex of NMD-2/DDA, varandahs and cleaning of toilets, floors, walls, W.C, wash basin, dust off the furnitures, Almirah in each room, mop up the floors of rooms and varandahs i/c dusting of the ceiling fan, removing the spider web, cleaning of glass panes of windows grills, cleaning of dessert coolers, brooms and cleaning of roofs, removal of leaves, tree's branches from roof, cleaning of backside area etc. by deploying two no. of environment assistant with all T&P like wheel barrow complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved

Cleaning of sewer line, manholes, storm water drain and rain water harvesting tank by deploying one sewerman along with required T&P, as per requirement of site and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Maintenance of water supply main pipe line, distribution pipe line and delivery pipe line by deploying one fitter Gr.I with helper along with required T&P, as per requirment of site and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Deployment of Beldar//Helper for various misc office work.

Routine maintenance of flush door shutters, fibre board doors, windows, and other wooden works by deploying one Carpenter (Class-II) with helper, along with required T&P, as per site requirements and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply of 20 Litre water bottle(Bisleri,Aquafina,Kinley) to NMD-2/DDA office at Mukherjee Nagar as per the requirement & direction of Engineer-in-charge

Add. GST Factor @0.973 10,70,469.00

Add: 3% Cost Index

Note:- 1 The contractor shall arrange minimum two labours(02) for daily cleaning/dusting of entire office area along with housekeeping for the office timings in case contractor fails to do so daily Rs. 2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only) penalty per day per person shall be recovered from the bill. 2 A penalty of Rs. 200/per day will be imposed for non supply of water bottle on that particular day. 3 Due to unhygenic condition at site, if any challan is levied by the civic agency or any Govt. Deptt. The same will be borne by the agency. The agency will be responsible for all legal actions and nothing shall be paid extra to the agency in this regard. 4 The Safaikaramchari/Environment Assistant engaged for the work shall remain present in the office premise from 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM (i.e. 8 Hours). In case the engaged Safaikaramchari/Environment Assistant found absent during said time duration, a penalty of Rs. 445/Hour/labour will be levied on the agency and will be recovered from the bill or any amount pending against the agency. 5 All the T&P shall be arranged by Contractor.
