Excavation in trenches nexc 1.5 mtr wide and n exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/ loose for laying cables, erection of poles complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Removing surplus excavated soil nexc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n-exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

Supply and laying well burnt Sub Class 'B' locally available best quality laid in trenches perpendicular to UG cable above sand cushioning for cable protection complete all as specified.

Supply and spreading dry coarse sand in trenches for protection of underground electric cable, spread in uniform 23 cm thickness and punned down gently to 18 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for replacement flood light mounted on high mast light of 200 Watt energy saving, environmental friendly, long life, made up of pressure die-cast aluminium housing with toughened glass and high power LEDs, iP66 protection, suitable for highlighting architectural facade and general purpose lighting after taking down the old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed (56 Light Disparsal and 8 light high mast)

S&F GI tube light grade 50mm dia with all fitting and laid in floors, under road, pavement or hard standing for protection of earthing strip including takingout GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI pipe of 40 mm bore and supply & fix GI tube light grade laid in trenches or fixed on wall, floor or on pole for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI pipe of 25 mm bore and supply & fix GI tube light grade laid in trenches or fixed on wall, floor or on pole for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Horizontal Boring by Passing GI Protection Pipe up to 50 mm Bore (dia), under Road /Foot Path, not exc. 10.00 METRE in a Single Length, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Cable Junction Box 155x210x92 mm in size, made out of thermoplastic sheet having IP 65/66 protection for outdoor installation fixed on poles with flat aluminium clamps of size 20x3 mm, nuts, bolts, washers etc.including MCB single pole of capacity 6 to 40 A & taking out of old unserviceable cable junction box complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix street light bracket, bend to 120 degree angle, made out of 50 mm bore, galvanised iron, light grade tubing (approx 1.5 mtr in length) including necessary two nos suitable size of clamps with nuts, bolts and washers, etc. and two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in Supply and fixing 6 to 32 Amp rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of following poles and current carrying capacity in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning.

M & L for maintenance free chemical earthing system complete with 03 (three) nos copper bonded rods, 17.2 mm dia 3000 mm long electrode buried at suitable distance apart directly in ground, to bore holes of 120 mm dia vertically to a depth not less than 3.60 mtr deep below ground level with top edge of earth electrode at a depth not less than 100 mm below normal ground level, provision of clamps or brazed or both for each copper bonded rods made of copper and copper strip of size 25 x 3 mm & strip connection on the top of the electrode and copper strip of size 25 x 3 mm for inter connection of 03 nos copper bonded rods and laying at least 500 mm below in the ground and further connected to test point terminal block, including back filling of bore holes with advanced earth enhancing compound 96 kilogram (minimum) for artificial treatment to soil so as to achieve earth resistance below 01 Ohms as specified in para 19.140 of SSR Part-1 (2009), including provision of earthing pit in PCC(1:3:6) type C1 pre-cast cover RCC slab of size 400 x 400 x 50 mm with one handle made out of 8 mm dia round bar, including necessary earth work and three coats of white wash on plastered surface (exposed surfaces) and testing complete all as directed and including necessary earth work and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :-(i) The concrete pit shall be made in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm thick precast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate with suitable MS handle in lieu of CI cover shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I shall be provided. Reinforcement in RCC cover shall be of 8mm dia TMT bars laid @150mm c/c both ways (ii) Item includes the cost of 9 metre GI pipe for protection of earth strip. Any variation in length shall be measured and paid through deviation order. (iii) Item includes cost of 9 metre earth strips. Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order. (iv) Earth plate electrode shall be surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides.

Earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode 600X600X6 mm thick buried directly inground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate electrode at a depth not less than 1.5m below normal ground level and including GI earth strip 32 x 6 mm bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and riveted to earth plate electrode at one end and nected to metallic bodies of HT/LT equipments etc at the other end, earth strip encased in and including 50 mm bore GI medium grade pipe with all fittings from top of earth plate electrode to body of equipment fixed with and including 25x 6mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washers and including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from Bottom of concrete pit to top of earth plate electrode complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I. The scope of work includes necessary excavation and earth work in any type ofsoil, removal of soil upto 50 metre, PCC pit with precast RCC cover, charcoal/salt, funnel, CI frame etc complete.
