Supply and install 50mm Polyster wool, a thermally bonded polyfibre acoustic infill with a 20kg/m³ density, in partitions, paneling, and ceilings. This process requires carefully cutting the material to fit and ensuring joints are tightly butted for optimal acoustic performance.

Supply and install 10mm wood wool panels for acoustic and thermal insulation on walls, The core of the woodwool to be Pinewood. Panels are screw-fixed with washers to ensure a flat and stable finish, leaving a recommended 4–6mm groove between boards. Following specifications to be met Density: 400 Kg/m³ Weight: 4 Kg/m² Fire Class: 1 & P Thermal Conductivity: 0.07 W/mk

Supply and installation of fabric with polyester core, acoustically-transparent face covering of choice colour, stretched by using combination 15mm PVC Tracks, polywool 10x25mm infill with framework. 15mm rigid FR-PVC high strength tracks to be fixed on the wooden surface by using heavy-duty fasteners at 150mm centers on one/both sides of PVC grippers. Polywool of 10mm is then adhered on woodwool panel in between tracks . The acoustical fabric is stretched and tucked into the PVC Tracks and secured to the locking jaws with purpose-specific tucking tools to obtain smooth, taut, wrinkle-free finish. Ensure the weave of the fabric along with the surface all oriented in one direction to achieve uniform shade.

Supply and Installation of framework system that shall include an aluminium core cross channel, thickness 0.5mm, length 2400mm, web 15mm & 27mm, depth 18mm and flanges of 7mm with suitable edge & center brackets is then fixed perpendicular to the 50mm Framework with the help of fasteners at every 400mm centers. WoodenSlats of size 128x 2440x16mm in then fixed perpendicular to 18mm Channels with suitable edge & ccentre brackets. Contractor to provide expansion joints of 3mm at every 4.88 m length wise and 4.992m width wise.

The ceiling framework system shall include a ceiling section channels of 80mm, fully knurled, sectional thickness 0.50mm, length 3600mm, a perimeter channel fixed along the perimeters of the wall with nylon sleeves and suitable fasteners at every 300mm centers. Suspender angle to be used with sectional thickness 0.45mm for suspending the ceiling frame from the ceiling, unequal flanges of 25 & 10mm and thickness of 0.55mm. The channels should be spaced at 600 mm centre to centre longitudenally for screwing boards of dimension 2400x1200mm and weight of 10Kg per square meter.

The boards Should be Class A fire-rated, providing enhanced safety in interior applications. With an NRC of 0.4. Thermal conductivity of 0.039 W/mK ensures added insulation, and panels remain dimensionally stable under 50°C / 95% RH climatic conditions.

Supply and install 2-3mm thick high-quality carpet over flooring, in approved shade and design. Carpet to be Pasted above woodwool bords using adhesive/tacking as per standard practice, ensuring wrinkle-free finish. All edges to be neatly trimmed, joined, and tucked for a seamless appearance. Work to be completed with proper surface preparation, alignment, and workmanship as per specifications.

Partition

Supply and installation of Movable partitions shall be sliding/folding type panels suitable for flexible space division in a hall. Panels shall be of minimum 100 mm thickness with a rigid internal framework of aluminium/steel. Surface finish on both sides shall be decorative mica (laminate) of approved shade and texture. Core material shall be high-density sound-insulating infill to provide effective acoustic separation. Minimum sound reduction rating (STC) shall be 45 dB or as specified by the consultant. Panels shall be suspended from an overhead track system with smooth, noiseless operation. Top and bottom seals shall be mechanical or retractable type to ensure acoustic tightness. All hardware, rollers, locks, and tracks shall be corrosion-resistant and heavy-duty grade. Partition system shall be fire-retardant and comply with relevant IS codes and safety norms. Installation shall include complete fixing, alignment, testing, and commissioning as per site conditions.

Auditorium Sound

Stage patch boxes shall be flush-mounted or surface-mounted, heavy-duty metal enclosures with multiple XLR input/output sockets (as per drawings), clearly numbered and permanently labeled. Patch boxes shall be provided with rear termination using soldered or screw-type terminal blocks, with proper strain relief and internal cable management. Cables shall be laid in concealed conduits, cable trays or floor trenches as applicable, ensuring mechanical protection, minimum bending radius, and segregation from power cables to avoid interference. All terminations shall be neatly dressed, ferruled, soldered where required, and insulated; joints, if unavoidable, shall be made inside approved junction boxes only. Proper earthing and shielding continuity shall be ensured throughout the audio cabling system to eliminate hum, noise and ground loops. After installation, the contractor shall carry out continuity testing, polarity testing and signal testing of all audio lines, and submit test results prior to final acceptance. The system shall be commissioned in coordination with the audio equipment supplier to ensure full compatibility with mixers, DSPs, amplifiers and stage microphones.

Complete LED fixtures including driver and necessary mounting hardware, rated for standard 220–240 V AC mains. Installation to include electrical connection, fixing on false ceilings or surface mounting, testing, and commissioning in compliance with safety standards. Warranty and commissioning support, ensuring proper operation, correct orientation, secure fixing, and compliance with lighting design/layout; provide manufacturer warranty documentation.

Signages

Providing and fixing signage made of 6mm thick transparent /coloured acrylic sheet. The graphic is of 3mm laser cut acrylic letters in specified colours on both sides using suitable adhesiv.The signage shall be suspended from ceiling with 4mm S.S cable with suitable S.S fixtures / mounted on wall with suitable S.S brackets etc complete.All works shall be completed as per the drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer.
