REPAIRS REPLACEMENT OF LT PANEL APFC PANEL LT OH LINE CABLE AND OTHER CONNECTED WORK AT DEPOT AND RA AREA UNDER GE PULGAON

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide & not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for foundation, laying of cable or pipe and getting out in soft/loose soil including trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required levels complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning, filling in trenches in soft/loose soil in layers n.exc. 25 cm after laying of cables including spreading, levelling, watering, and well ramming complete all as directed by Engr-in-Chrage.

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance n.exc. 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level n.exc.1.5 metre high from the starting point all as directed by Engr-in-Chrage.

M & L for sand cushioning with dry and clean sand over and under the under ground cable in trenches , ducts for cable protection incliding levellling and consodilation complete all as specified and directed by EIC. (Note Punned thiickness shall be measured.)

Supply and laying brick sub class "B" having minimum compressive strength 75 kg/sqcm laid in trenches for cable protection etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Chrage.

Taking out LT XLPE/PVC insulated armoured cable alongwith all joints of any size from trenches wall/roof including taking out of brick layer and sand from trenches complete all as directed by Engr-in-Chrage.

Supply, laying and testing LT XLPE insuated PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured earthed electric power cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, heavy duty in trenches/along pole or wall of following sizes complete all as specified and directed by EIC. Note:- 1. Excavation and earth work, sand cushioning, brick pipes, clamps, and cable joint shall be measured and paid separetely under respective items :-

All as per Item No. 07... But for 70 Sq mm 3.5 core

Supply & laying in repair galvanized steel tubing "light grade" with all fittings in trenches/ under roads/ along pole/ wall for cable protection all as specified & directed by EIC for the following size 50 mm bore .

All as per Item No. 08... But for 80mm bore

Dismantling and taking out the existing unserviceable (damaged/broken) or serviceable tilted Panel of any type and any size, from Location and removal from site all as directed by Engr-in-Chrage.

Boring of holes under road/railway crossing, pavement, hardstanding by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 100mm dia suitable for 0.4mpa working pressure without any damage to existing structure and making it good to match with the adjoining surfaces/structure for cable passing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for tesitng of faulty LT cable at CAD Pulgaon by using LT voltage. Testing kit installed on movable vehicle complete all as specified and directed by EIC Note : This job includes cost of vehicle transport from Nagpur to Pulgaon and back

Material and Labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of pole upto ground level complete all as directed by Engr-in-Chrage.

PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping/plinth block including necessary form work all as directed by Engr-in-Chrage.

S& f for GI earthing strip 32x6 mm with nut and bolts complete including taking down old one all as specified and directed by Engr-In Charge

Taking out XLPE UG cable form LT panel , removing the lugs and fix the new Alu lugs off size 16 sqmm to 25 sqmm size in qty 4 Nos with crimping tools properly , insulation tape around the burnt cable also re fixing in panel complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In Charge

All as per Item No. 18... But for but off size 50 sqmm to 70 sqmm

All as per Item No. 18... but off size 95 sqmm to 150 sqmm

All as per Item No. 18... but off size 185 sqmm to 400 sqmm

M& L for takking out LT feeder panel front and back type opening replace old clams and fix new hinges by drilling or belding as per condition , replaced burnt out lugs and insulation , proper , insulation taping to XLPE cable and painting inner and outer side , top and bottam , clamps complete all as specified and drirected by Engr-In-Charge

S&F for Indicator lamp neon/LED type (set of three )

S& F for Panel Wiring with suitable size PVC insulated PVC sheathed 1100 volts grade FRLSH type with copper conductor multistranded cable with lugs on both ends of cable.

Dismantling of the complete APFC of 125/100 KVAR 415 Volts from its position, opening for repair, preventive maintenance, servicing, including wiring, replacement of worn parts to make it fully functional, reassembling after repair, installation to its original position, connection with input/output supply, testing to its full load capacity complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- (a). Spares / parts except minor repairs required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately. (b)Necessary wiring with 1.5 Sqmm Single Core FRLSH included in the above Cost.
