INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply and fix RCCB, 2 pole SPN, as per IS 12640-1, IEC 61008-1 with rated sensitivity of 32A, 30mA for protection against earth leakage current for domestic use to fix in MCB DB complete along with connection and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix energy efficient 10 Watts B-22 bore LED lamp working at 230 Volts 50 Hz complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of factory made and tested (CPRI approved maufacturer) LT feeder pillar box (KIOSK) indoor type, platform mounted, including suitable angle iron (4 Nos leg) for 415 Volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, all as specified and directed, having bus bar chamber with insulated copper bus bars 300 Amps rating installed on porcelain insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, made of 2.00 mm CRCA sheet 75mm x 30 mm thick MS channel frame, duly powder coated finish, thimbling and cable entry boxes with cable gland including painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, front and back side opening type with aprons for cable entry with double door shutter and locking arrangement, danger plate and earthing terminal and suitable PCC work complete all as specified and directed. The scope of work includes provision of the following:- Incoming:- (a) MCCB 4 pole 100 Amps, 36 KA, 415V - 01 No (b) Bus bar (copper strip) 200 Amp - 4 Nos (c) Digital panel meter (Amp Voltage meter) including CTs - 01 No (d) Digital indication lamp set - 01 Set (e) Slot for electronic energy meter - 17 Nos Outgoing:- (i) MCB SPN 40 Amp 415 V 50 Hz-17 Nos Note:- Contractor shall submit LT panel drawing for approval of GE before procurement.

Supply and fix LED light fitting with high output diffuser 2 feet, 10 Watt, 220 V AC decorative type with driver and LED lamp 5700K Rated CCT energy efficient with lumen efficiency corresponding to five star BEE rating published for year of installation, pf 0.8, colour rendering index not less than 70%, IP20 complete with all accessories internally pre-wired including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable tray perforated aluminium pre-galvanised fixing, passing through vertical wall, chiseling, cutting on vertical/ horizontal wall including making good of disturbed surface complete all as specified and dircected.

INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Supply and fix concealed type/ fancy type brass CP mixer for mixing hot and cold water with provision for overhead shower with 115mm long bend pipe for 15 mm dia iron pipe and fixed including fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix two way bib cock, 15 mm dia (ISI marked), fancy type, chromium plated complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix health faucet (ABS body) mild steel chromium plated, suitable for 15 mm dia pipe with 1.25 metre long flexible tube and ABS wall hook including making connections and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

ROAD/ PATH/ HARDSTANDING

Material and labour for polythene film, black, 400 micron laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing and painting 2.5 mm thick road marking strip (retro reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surace including all cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning of road surface of dirt, seals, ils, grease and foreign material etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix ABS dual directional UV protection reflective panels/ road studs/ cat eyes made of plastic body of size 90x110x17mm fixed to the surface with epoxy adhesive as per manufacturer's instruction of specified make or equivalent, Amber, Red or white in colour complete all as specified and directed. Make - 3M 290 series or equivalent as approved by GE.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply and fix junction box loop out with suitable connection for three phase incoming cable 3 phase outgong cable and single phaseconnection for light fittings with controlles MCB SP-6 Amps - 01 No. enclosed in thermo pastic in closed shock proof safe all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in GI tubing brckets made up of light grade 40 mm dia 1.5 meter length and bent to shape at factory of offset angle up to 120 degree for fixing of LED street light fittings including preparing surfaces of steel tubing and apllying two coats of alluminum paint all as specified and directed.

Suppyling, installing, testing and commissioning of factory made outdoor type LT panel board of size not less than 120cmx120cmx65cm outer shell shall be made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet duly powder coated completely weather, vermin and dust proof, CPRI approved with colour code PVC sleep for bus bar, suitable for operation on 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire 50Hz supply system inlcluding closed bus bar chamber, front opened, with locking arrangements etc. angle iron frame of size 50x50x6mm for skeleton and support embeded in concrete foundation duly painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exposed surfaces grouted in PCC comprising of following accesories:-

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Supplying, laying, jointing, commissioning and testing 100 mm (4") bore centrifugally cast (spun) ductile iron pressure pipe with spigot and socketed ends class K-9, conforming to IS: 8329/ 2000 blast furnace slag cement with portland cement properties suitable for rubber gasket jointing/ tyton joints with inside cement mortar lining and black bitumen external coating, duly ISI marked and laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) DI fittings shall be measured and paid separately under respective items (ii) Excavation/ earthwork shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of schedule for excavation

Supply and fix gun-metal, globe or gate valves (ISI marked) conforming to IS 9338, 80 mm dia bore with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for construction of brick masonry valve pit of internal size 90cm x 90cm x 90cm suitable for gate valves/ sluice valve upto 150 mm including necessary excavation and earth work, brick work, plastering, white wash, PCC coping, MS frame made out of angle iron of size 50mmx50mmx6mm, MS sheet cover of 2 mm thick fixed to angle iron frame by means of hinges welded to frame and painting with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces and grouting the frame in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 including handle and locking arrangement with one number 50 mm dia brass pad lock complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Brick wall shall be 23 cm thick built in cement mortar (1:6) (ii) Internal plaster shall be 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) and external plaster upto 450 mm from top shall be 20 mm thick in CM (1:6) and remaining external surface shall be flush pointing in CM (1:6) as the work proceeds (iii) PCC in foundation shall be 15 cm thick in cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate extended 15 cm all around from the external face of the walls (iv) PCC coping shall be 15 cm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including grouting of angle iron frame in PCC (v) Three coats of white wash to internal surfaces of valve pit shall be provided (vi) Depth of valve pit shall be reckoned from the top of PCC in foundation

(k) RCC foundation with necessary earth work, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete and RCC M-30 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, plinth beam along with necessary form work/ TMT bars of 10mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and bidning with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia securing with clips and 10 mm thick plastering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement and sand filling in layers around the foundation including watering and consolidation as per OEM dimensions. Foam) complying to IS8183 designed to have optimum serviceability ƒƒ(iv) Air inlet louvers specially designed to operate at rated load,ƒ made on special purpose CNC machines for consistency inquality and workmanship ƒƒ(v) 11 tank pretreatment process and UV resistant powdercoating of all parts to withstand extreme environment, use of special hardware for longer life,ƒƒ flush styling - no projections,ƒƒ fluid drains for lube oil and fuel,ƒ fuel filling arrangement inside the enclosure

Note: (i) Rate quoted shall include the necessary T&P, RCC foundation, structural works required to support the acessoriess of DG set such as AMF panels, control cables, radiators/ cooling tower, exhaust mufflers and water circualtion system/ cooling system (ii) Rate quoted shall include the cost of all fuel (high speed diesel), lubes and coolant required to carry out the no load and full load test of not less than 24 hrs as directed by the Accepting Officer. (iii) Rate quoted includes the cost of B check for the DG set such as replacement of lube oil, oil/ fuel filters/ belts, O rings consumables after the test run of the DG set during the warranty period first 250 hrs/ 1 st year whichever is earlier after the date of commissioning

Suppy, installation, testing, commissioning, putting into operation and final testing of automatic lift of 8 passengers capacity (544 kg) complete in the shaft well and pit constructed including automatic rescue device (ARD), all standard equipments, accessories and control equipments as per manufacturer design, conforming to NBC/ local by laws and fulfilling the following requirements complete all as specified and directed:

(xix) Intercom system: Battery operated Intercom system in lift car,machine room and ground floor/ control room (xx) Emergency alarm: Battery operated alarm bell system in lift car and control room/ ground floor (xxi) All car panel buttons and all floor switches must be with brail language as per lift act. (xxii) Audio visual indication in the lift car showing overloading shall be provided such that doors are kept open till excess load removed. (xxiii) Spring buffer/hydraulic buffers shall be provided. (xxiv) Mechanical over speed governor, door key holes in the floor doors shall be provided. (xxv) Lift machine hoisting arrangement in the lift machine room and monkey ladder for lift pit should be provided by the lift agency, along with the other steel structure works, foundations for the machines etc. (xxvi) In the hoist way fascia plate shall be provided. (xxvii) Permanent writing in the lift machine room and lift well with proper no. of light point, with fixtures, exhaust fan, plug point and 3 phase 440V power supply shall be made available by the department in the lift shaft, machine room or at desired level (xxviii) Car top safety barricade shall be provided (xxix) ARD (Automatic Rescue Device): Solid state inbuilt automatic rescue device (ARD) for automatic rescue of passengers trapped in the lift car in between floors in the event of power failure. Automatic operation and immediate action in the event of mains failure capable to move the lift to the nearest landing, opens the automatic door of the lift car and floor. Sealed maintenance free battery backup with automatic charging unit and auto changeover device on main failure

Note for item No. 53:- Lift of 8 passenger capacity is to be used as passenger lift and as firemen lift to be effective in fire fighting operation. The firemen lift shall have the following requirements. (i) The firemen's lift may be used by the occupants in normal times. (ii) The firemen's lift shall be provided with a firemen switch. The switch shall be a two position (ON/OFF) switch fixed at the evacuation floor (Normally main entrance floor) for enabling the lift to be put into firemen's mode. The switch shall be situated in a glass fronted box with suitable level and fixed adjacent to the lift at the entrance level. When the switch is on, landing call points shall become inoperative and the lift shall be on car control only or on a priority control device. When the switch is off, the lift will return to normal working. (iii) The firemen's lift shall be provided with an audio and visual signal in car. (iv) The firemen's lift shall have a floor area of minimum 1.43 sqm. It shall have loading capacity of not less than 544kg (8 person lift). (v) The firemen's lift shall be provided with power operated (automatic) doors of minimum 0.8 mtr width. (vi) The speed of firemen's lift shall be 1 m/s or more such that it can reach the top floor from main floor/ firefighter access level within 1 minute incase of building zoned, the firemen's lift shall operate from the lowest served landing to the top most served landing in 1 min. (vii)The words "Firemen lift" shall be conspicuously displayed in fluorecent paint on the lift landing (viii) All other operation requirements of firemen's lift
