Annual maintenance Contract for RESA ploughing and grass cutting at Kushinagar International Airport

Providing and operating tractor for ploughing RESA inside operational area with capable to cut the grass/bush on existing surface/terrain of all type as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. Also manual picking and cleaning of cut grass, vegetation etc. The quoted rates shall include the cost of driver, helper, fuel and all wear and tear of the tractor and ploughing machine all as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and operating machine for leveling and grading after ploughing work using tractor with grading arrangement and water tanker for watering . The quoted rates shall include the cost of driver, helper, fuel and all wear and tear of the tractor etc. as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Cutting grass/bushes etc by grass cutting knife (Talwar)/hand held machine with consumbles i/c sweeping & disposal of cut grass from the area upto the lead of 50 mtr. outside the periphery of the areacleared as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Cutting grass, bushes and shisham's shrubs including other shrubs, in the area beyond 140 metre measured from Central Line of runway on both side, above the height 150mm from ground level in operational area i/c around antennas, buildings, boundary wall etc. manually or mechanically by tractor (Min 40HP) with grass cutting machine including driver, helper(with grass cutting knife & brush for cleaning), cost of fuel/oil and complete maintenance of mechanical means and disposal of cut grass from approach road/periphery road for all leads & lifts and cleared the waste from the area for the lead upto 50 mtr outside the periphery of the area cleared as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Any Hampering/Stoppage of works due to ATC/Flight movement/any miscellaneous reasons shall be borne by contractor and accordingly the works shall be stopped. No claim shall be made by contractor.

Provision of grass cutting in paved areas, cutting local shrubs, grass cutting in gaps of paved areas as directed by Engineer-in-Charge The labourers should possess working tools in good conditions like axe, farsa, gaiti, fawrah, belcha etc.required after cutting dump the waste disposal of cut grass from approach road/periphery road for all leads & lifts and cleared the waste from the area for the lead upto 50 mtr outside the periphery of the area cleared as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. ( In this work 1 labour need to deploy for 26 days in a month)
