M&L for dismantling, transportation,re-fixing after repair of defective filter feed pump set with electric motor 5 HP, 415 volts, 3 phase to civil workshop for repairs, Cutting existing burnt winding, re-winding the same with super enamelled copper wire of suitable size & turns including replacement of insulating material, re-assembling the pump and bringing back the pump set to site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for dismantling, transportation,re-fixing after repair of defective treated water pump set with electric motor 7.5 HP, 415 volts, 3 phase to civil workshop for repairs, cutting existing burnt winding, re-winding the same with super enamelled copper wire of suitable size & turns including replacement of insulating material, re-assembling the pump and bringing back the pump set to site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for dismantling, transportation,re-fixing after repair of defective air Compressor motor of blower 12.5 HP, 415 volts, 3 phase to civil workshop for repairs, cutting existing burnt winding re-winding the same with super enamelled copper wire of suitable size & turns including replacement of insulating material, re-assembling the pump set and bringing back the pump set to site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for strip opening of non clog pumping set of capacity 5 to 7.5 HP, repairing the same by re-assembling including replacement of impeller, bearing set, oil seal worn out nuts, bolts, gasket etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for bailing out sludge water from sludge tank by using pumping set and disposing off the same not less than 50 metres away from defense land site etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for bailing out mud/sludge (approx 10 cum) from sewage tank manually by using buckets and disposing off the sludge outside MD land including cleaning of sludge tank etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Cleaning/servicing of air blower electric driven 415 volt AC supply 12.5 HP of capacity 180 cum per hour including replacement of shaft bearing as per existing and filling in new compressor oil (Approx 5 ltr) etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L for prepration surface of sewage treatement plants comprising 02 No sluge pumps, 02 No air blowers, 02 No water filters, 02 No electric motors with pumps 5 HP, water pipe, LT panel etc and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint of existing colour including writing 'MES' machine number of size as directed using white paint complete all as specified & directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L for cleaning sewage collection tanks (05 No ) and removal of mud/solid sludge (approx quantity 5 cum) from all the tanks and removal out of MD land including filling required sized gravels to make up the level complete all as specified & directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L for lifting, loading & transportation of submersible pump any capacity from MES storeyard/ sub station to workshop for repairs and bringing back the same after repairs to the same complete all as specified & directed by Engineer - in - Charge.
