SCHEDULE 'A'

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls, ceiling/roof etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and including removal of debris and rubbish from the site etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in two layers (10mm + 5mm) externally in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound in top layer of 5mm thick as per manufacturer’s instructions and finishing the surfaces fair and even without using extra cement complete as specified and directed. (Note : WPC measured and paid separately as ‘Supply only’ against appropriate item of this schedule)

Supply only water proofing compound (Liquid) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finsihed even and smooth (without using extra cement) etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 5 mm thick in cm 1:3 on ceiling finished surface even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall, etc and applying two coat of cement base paint complete as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surface of walls and applying two coat of oil bound distemper white or any tint over 1mm thick wall care putty etc complete as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surface on ceiling and applying two coat of oil bound distemper white or any tint over 1mm thick wall care putty etc complete as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

M&L for Non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc.set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tile and including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) in floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc.set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tile and including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) in floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for light shade Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) in floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No 12.00 here-in-before but as in skirting including rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface as backing coat coat of dado/skirting etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles (450 X 300 X 7mm) thick as in vertical surfaces set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. Laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as directed.

M&L for Granite (of any type) tiles 16mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing and including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) in floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15-20 mm thick Machine cut kota stone slab as in flooring over 20 mm thick cement screed base in CM 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15-20 mm thick Machine cut kota stone as in skirting, riser of steps, dado and pillar over 10 mm thick cement screed base in CM 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets and frame work complete all as directed.

S&F PVC FALSE CEILING consisting of 600x600mm, 5mm (+0.25) thick plain ambossed PVC sheet of 600Kg/Cbm Density manufactured by ISO 9001-2008, certified company, used as panel insert in a frame work made using anodised aluminium T- section of sizes 1"x1" (25x25mm, 19 gauge or 1mm thick) in square pattern of grid sizes of 2'x2'(600x600mm). the aluminium frame work is supported from the ceiling with the help of "J" hook and GI wire/6mm MS rods of require sizes to maintain proper level etc. The aluminium framework is supported on side wall with the use of aluminium L-section of size 1"x1"(25x25mm) angles etc. complete as specified by manufacturer & drawing and as directed.

Dismantling PVC water tanks exc. 500 litres but not exc 1000 litres capacity.

M&L for painting to steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not other wise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a one coat of Red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unservicable steel gate/shutter of any description of size n.exc 9 sqm each including taking out of unservicable parts/portion by cutting and replacing with new one as per the existing size and specification and refixing in the same opening by maintaining proper alignment including repairing defective portion of gate/shutter, steel structurre to match with exsiting structure including necessory cutting, drilling, welding and reveting etc, greasing, oiling to movable parts including all necessory fittings and appying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer to new portion/structure complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar all as directed.

M&L for Fly ash brick work with sub class 'B' bricks with old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Fly ash brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight for curved on plan to any built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 32mm bore (light grade) GI SPOUT complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40mm graded brick aggregates as in filing sunken portion, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for layer of APP based polymeric membrane reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/sqm), weighing 3kg/sqm (minimum) and minimum 3mm thickness shall be laid on primed surface by torch application. side overlaps shall be minimum 75mm and ends overlaps shall be minimum 100mm . All overlaps and joints shall be sealed properly as per manufacturer's instructions laid on a coat of bitumen primer @0.3 to 0.5 kg per sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cold applying one coat of bituminous primer @ 0.25 Litres /sqm shall be applied on plastered surfaces including side walls complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed in repair PVC flushing cistern low level, white, 10 litre capacity, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle and flush pipe including bracket complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel galvanised water tubing 15mm bore medium grade with all fittings fixed/concealed complete to wall and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No 36.00 here-in-before but 20mm dia pipe

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on brick wall in cement mortar 1:4 with water proofing compund at the rate of 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: - WPC shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items.
