Scope of the work: i. The manpower engaged should be VT trained. ii. Supervisor will engage the manpower in job. iii. The Manpower will bring their own safety gears i.e. shoes, helmet, safety belts etc. iv.This Job includes repairing, maintenance and testing of 02 nos. 3.3 KV, 400 Amps VCB field switches.

Supply of Rectifier Capacitor Unit, 16 Amps

Supply of indication Lamp Assembly

Supply of IDMT Relay, 3OC 1EF

Supply of Fuse Base and carrier

Supply of earth leakage relay with CBCT

Dismantling, cleaning, maintenance of VCB Units and checking of its moving and fixed contacts incoming and outgoing BusBar connection with overhauling of its spares for smooth operation etc as required

Testing of control circuit and protective devices for smoothly working to ensure the effectiveness whether the VCB panels are tripping during faulty conditions

Spray painting of Panel Body with synthetic enamel paint [02 switchesX 300 sq ft]
