Reconditioning of 4 loop Main Fire Alarm Control Panel including replacement of LCD Display (Bosch make) with Public Addressable System i/c overhauling checking, servicing the same after effecting necessary repairs/replacement of internal defective parts, re-wiring , ups with batteries etc. providing glass of main door as required i/c re-testing & commissioning etc., complete as required. operating at 24V DC comprising of audio & visual alarm indication of Fire, continuous status indications of Health/Fire/Faulty Zones, Fire/Fault test switches, zone isolation switch with indicators and also test switch for system test, sounder alarm. Silence alarm and a switch for resetting the whole system with audio-visual indications etc., complete as required.

Supplying & replacing of broken/damaged glass for Addressable manual call box complete as required. (Bosch make)

Supplying, replacing and fixing of broken/damaged 1500 x 1200 mm size plain glass, 4 mm thick in MS Fire Shaft doors and making proper lockable arrangement of fire shaft door etc. on all floors/ heights complete as required.

Overhauling, checking, reconditioning, servicing, greasing of the Electric driven Main Fire hydrant pump set of 100 HP capacity including necessary repairs, alignment of pump as required and re-testing & commissioning of the same complete as required. The Job also includes putting the same in automatic operation mode of the Main pump set to make it functional as per Delhi Fire Service requirements.

Overhauling, checking, reconditioning, servicing, greasing of the including necessary repairs including alignment of Jockey pump set of 25 HP capacity as required and re-testing & commissioning of the same complete as required. The Job also includes putting the same in automatic operation mode to make it functional as per Delhi Fire Service requirements.

Overhauling, checking, reconditioning, servicing, greasing of the including necessary repairs including alignment of terrace pump set of 20 HP capacity as required and re-testing & commissioning of the same complete as required. The Job also includes putting the same in automatic operation mode to make it functional as per Delhi Fire Service requirements.

Supply, fabrication, installation, testing andcommissioning of Shed at site using 8 x 7 ft color coated 1.2 mm thick MS roofing sheet and fixing with nut, bolts, washers etc. on 50 x 50 x 5 mm mild steel pipe support of suitable height & frame complete as required to cover the outer BSES energy meter & electric panel.

Checking, servicing, Pressure testing and refilling of 4.5 kg Co2 type Fire extinguisher complete as required.

Checking, servicing , refilling and refixing of 6 kg Dry powder for A, B&C Class of fire ISI marked MAP 50% fire extinguisher complete as required.

Painting of Fire Fighting all equipments like MS pipes of all size(150mm,100mm,80mm,65mm,50 mm,40mm,32mm & 25 mm dia),fire hydrant boxs,hose cabinets, MS fire shaft doors,FF panels , pumps & motors etc. along with bracket/clamp etc with minimum two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required shade after cleaning the surface of the same etc. complete as reqd.(Civil DSR 2023 item no. 13.99)

Supply and replacement of following rating and breaking capacity and pole MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, Ics=100% and operational voltage 690 V etc. as required.(DSR E& M 2025) A) 200 A,25KA,FP MCCB

Suply and installation of SS enclosure suitable upto 400 A FP MCCB & ELR i/c connection & testing etc. as complete required.

Supply and installation of Digital Earth Leakage Relay 96x96mm(ELR 96 ) /Chanel Mounting i/c connection & testing etc. as complete required.(for BSES energy meters)

Fabrication, supply, and installation of a hut-shaped roof with central ridge, sloped sides, and adequate overhang for rain protection shed structure using plain galvanized iron sheet of size 8ft x 6ft fixed with self tapping screws and washers and mild steel L shaped angles of 40 mm x 40 mm x 5 mm, cut, welded and anchored to form the frame and trusses, supporting the structure & making boundary with 40 mm x 40 mm x 5 mm MS angle including covering this boundary with suitable sized and thick GI mesh wire including making suitable size of door with frame along with the locking arrangement. Painting and priming with anti-rust enamel paint on all steel members. Making hole in concrete and anchoring the MS angle to concrete base by making suitable size RCC foundation etc. complete as required.( suitable for 320 KVA DG Set) A ) 7.92 Mtr. x 5.18 Mtr. x 4.57 mtr
