Rectification of defects, Servicing/over hauling of electric driven centrifugal pump set with 2 stage impeller (Bronze) having discharge capacity of 20 cum per hour at a head of 20 meters installed at Pump house coupled with upto 20 HP motor along with following others repairs. a) Taking out pump from its position by decoupling from motor and disconnecting all suction / delivery water connections, setting aside pump from base plate. b) Dismantling of pump complete part by part carefully, degreasing bearing and display all the parts without damaging any portion for inspection of Engineer in charge to ascertain the serviceability of existing parts c) Replacement of Gasket set and gland packing rope. d) Re assembling the pump complete with all existing serviceable partse) Re install the pump at its existing position complete etc

Dehydration and filtration of existing transformer oil of transformers capacity of ranging 320 KVA (11 KV system step down to 11/0.433 KV) on site without disturbing the power supply system with filtration machine and heating system in order to achieve di-electric strength of oil 40 KV minimum at 2.5 mm gap complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & filling up of transformer oil conforming to IS-335 of 1993 as in topping up/replacement upto desired level of transformer oil capacity complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Dielectric strength of oil should not be less than 42 KV/cm complete all as specified and directed.(Make : GULF/POWER OIL or equivalent as approved by GE)

Overhauling of the existing step down transformer indoor type suitable for plinth mounting complete with standard accessories/fittings suitable for HT 11 KV 3 Phase and LT 433 volts 3 Phase 4 wire, copper wound with off load taping switch and variation of secondary voltage +7.5% in steps of 2.5% continuous rating of capacity 315 KVA with temp rise of 45 deg cel over and ambient of 50 deg cell max conforming to IS-2026 and equipped with and including following items :- (a) Lifting lugs/hooks for transformer and tanks. (b) The panel shall trip automatically on over load, earth fault short circuit and shunt trip with necessary relays and following:- (i) Resin cast 3 wound type / epoxy resin capsulted CT of ratio 30/5+5 C-10.5 for metering 5 P 10 for protection 15 VA burden - 01 set (ii) Resin epoxy coat PT 11 KV / 110 V with 100 VA Class - I with necessay HT / LT fuses - 01 set (iii) Digital over current and earth fault relay Modal No MC - 61A of L&T or Eason Reyroll or Schneider. (iv) Auxillary relay for buck holtz relay for alarm & trip. (v) DC power pack unit for relays.

Supply, install ,test and commitioning step down transformer indoor type suitable for plint mounting complete with standard accessories / fittings suitiable for HT 11 KV 3 Phase and LT 433 volts 3 phase 4 wire, copper wound with off load taping switch and variation of secondary vltage + 7.5 % in steps of 2.5 % continous rating of capacity 315 KVA with temp rise of 45 deg Cel over an ambbient of 50 deg cel max conforming to IS-2026 and equipped with and including following items:- (a) Lifting Lugs / hooks fortransformer and tanks. (b) Earthing terminal, rating diagram plate and conservator tank. (c) Air release device. (d) Oil filling inlet pipe with plug. (e) Drain outlet pipe with brass gate valve with dummy plug. (f) Conservator with level guage (g) Silica jel breather. (h) First oil fill upto appropriate level as recommended by manufacturer with fresh new oil conforming to IS - 335. (j) Type of connection : delts / star. (k) Cooling: ONAN (l) Vector group : DYN 11 (m) termometer with pocket. (n) Type of connecting arrangement : Cable Termination boxes on bothe HT and LT sides (o) Bucholz relay. (p) Control cable, copper, armoured from transformer to VCB for bucholz alarm & trip. (q) Explosion vent with double diaphram. (r) One extra neutral bushing on top.

M & L for rectification of defects ,painting of feeder pillar / out door LT panels at various places including scraping rusts, cleaning of surfaces, old paint applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over the surfaces of panel board with spray painting complete all as directed.by Note Parts needed like hinges, door knobs,Ammeter, voltmeter,control wiring, testing etc, to be replaced shall be deemed to be included

M & L for rectification of defect dismantling Air Break Gang Operated Switches HT 11 KV 3 phase,any capacity (200/400) Amps vertical/ horizontal mounted including Insulators and Operating Mechanism for repair/ replacement of broken/ worn out components and insulators etc, with or without taking down from pole all as specified and directed

M & L for rectification of defect dismantling dropout fuse set assembly of current ratting 100 amps 11000 volts grade, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm X 60cm X 6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less that 2.25metres deep below the normal ground level) withtop edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal GL connected to Gl earth steep 32mmx6mm by meain job bolts, nuts,chek nuts and wahser and earthe streep protected by 40 mm dia GI pipe medium grade and connected to main distribution board/earthing test point all as show on electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I and all as specified including testing on complition. Notes: The unit rate shall also include for excavation, earth work in hard/dense soil, plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix, Type C1 pit,40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 mix, type B1 cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 150mm C/C both ways, Gl funnel with watering pipe, wire mesh, protection pipe for earth lead upto 7.50m long complete in addition to item No. 1(a) to (e) of preamble (Notes) under sub heading earthing, specified in SSR Part ll. Earth steep and protection pipe beyond 7.5m shall be measured and paid separately.
