Demolition of cement concrete in floors/roof surfaces including removal of old tar felt, plastering, concrete mugs, tiles etc up to the original RCC roof level all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 TYPE B0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate in roof as leveling course, kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down plaster in cement mortar brick or concrete surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth with out using extra cement but using water proofing compound @ 3% of cement weight all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

preparation of newly plastered/unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of weather coat paint on concrete/ brick over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 10mm thick in 1:3 cement mortar including WPC @ 3% of cement weight on fair faces of concrete surfaces all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.5Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (wt not less than 160gm/sqm) laid over primed surfaces on roof surfaces/sunken portions all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying one coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.3 Liter/ Sqm over roof surfaces/ sunken portion all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying one coat bitumen grade 85/[email protected]/sqm all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying two coat aluminum paint @100ml/Sqm over APP membrane all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L brick work using sub class 'B' bricks in CM 1:4 straight or curved on plan exc 6m means radius complete all as specified and directed .

Cutting down plants/trees of girth n.exc 15cm from roof tops/ sides external walls of bldgs chajjas wall junctions including taking out possible quantities of roots entered in wall/slab surfaces and making good the surfaces and cleaning the roof surface shall be carried out using PCC 1:2:4 of any depth up to bottom of excavated part/portion and 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 area n.exc 0.15 sqm each all as specified and directed. (Note: Work to shall be carried out up to 05 story Bldgs)
