Designing, (Hydraulically, structurally and aesthetically), providing, constructing, hydraulic testing , commissioning and giving satisfactory trails of STP 50 KLD (Package Type) type any technology meeting out-put criteria as per specified below or as per recommended by OEM Technology, foundation of all E/M equipment ,associated piping work with required valve ,electrical control panel with interconnecting cable etc complete as turnkey Job with all involve electrical ,digital and mechanical works as per detail specification for civil electrical and mechanical component with all duties and taxes complete all as specified and directed (a) Inlet Parameter (i) BOD - 250-300 mg/ltr (ii) COD - 400-500 mg/ltr (iii) TSS - 250-300 mg/ltr (iv) Oil & Grease - 20-30 mg/ltr (v) pH - 6 to 9 (vi) Coliform - 1 x 10 6 MPN/100ML (vii) Peak Factor - 3.0 (b) outlet parameter of sewage treated water are as follows : (i) BOD < 10 mg/ltr (ii) COD < 30 mg/ltr (iii) TSS < 10 mg/ltr (iv) Oil & Grease < 10 mg/ltr (v) pH - 6.5 to 8.5 (vi) Coliform - 1000 MPN/100ML (vii) Residual Chlorine - > 0.5 mg/ltr (viii). Nitrogen < 10 mg/Ltrs (ix). Phosphours < 1 mg/Ltrs

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m deep in hard/dense soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for filling approved fine river sand in trenches as cable cushion to the full width of excavated trench, under and over cable complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Punned thickness of sand shall be measured)

M&L for bricks slightly over burnt (kiln burnt), modular bricks, best quality, locally available, laid flat, dry, laid in trenches along the length of cable transvarsally with width equal to length of brick for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply ,laying ,testing cable xlpe insulate of size 50 sqmm 3.5 core, complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for concrete bed PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate to drain pipe 200/225 mm bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested including removal of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed. Note : Thickness of bed below the barrel of pipe 10cm for pipe 100 mm and 150mm dia, 15cm for 200mm dia & over

M&L for 200 ID/220 OD MM dia DWCPE SN-8 pipes premium quality single soceted in length with joints laid in trenches or in floors including all necessary fitting , joints etc,all as specified and directed complete all as specified and directed. Make-ISI marked approved.

Cutting into existing manhole for connecting new drain pipe of 200/225 mm bore and making good to pipe and rendering disturbed surface where drain pipe have been insereted cutting out existing benching for forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section as required) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 and finished the surface even and smooth and reforming benching complete all as specified and directed.
