Replacement of ACs at Salem Airport.

Supply of 4 TR Inverter type 5 star cassette Airconditioner consisting of non-ductable single type four way / round type flow indoor unit (fan coil) with suitable pump to drain water, cordless remote control and one number outdoor copper condensing unit with hermetically sealed scroll / swing type compressor suitable for operation on 3 phase, 415 volts +10%, 50 HZ, AC power supply including first charge of refrigent R32 etc complete as required. (Year of manufacture shall be with in one year and Star rating shall be the latest at the time of supply)

Supply and Fixing of following for interconnections between evaporator unit and condensing unit , as required for minimum 4 TR inverter cassette type AC Units. 1) 5/8" dia copper pipe insulated with insulation or as per OEM specification. 2) 3/8" copper pipe insulated with insulation or as per OEM specification. 3) communication and power cable if any or as per OEM specifications. 4) Rigid PVC pipe / PVC Trunking upto possible length and wrapped with white cotton roll of suitable size for covering all above in (1), (2) and (3) above.

Installation,Testing and Commissioning of 4 TR capacity casette type AC indoor and outdoor unit including all accessories etc. as per specifications complete as required

Supplying & laying of condensate water drain pipe made of PVC having size of 25mm 6kg/cm capacity, for additional requirement for AC units i/c necessary clamps, screws, supports, etc as per specifications complete as required

Supplying & laying of condensate water drain pipe made of PVC having size of 40mm 6kg/cm capacity, for additional requirement for AC units i/c necessary clamps, screws, supports, etc as per specifications complete as required

Supply of 1.5 TR capacity wall mounted type Split AC unit (5 star rating Invertor type with R-32 gas) fitted with hermetically sealed compressor operating on 220 V +10% 50 Hz Single phase AC supply with evaporator and condensing unit made of copper tubes with aluminium fins i/c cordless remote control, copper piping for both suction and discharge of 3 metres length, power and control cabling of 3 meters length, metal frame for mounting condensing unit on wall/floor, etc complete as per specifications complete as required (Year of manufacture shall be with in one year and Star rating shall be the latest at the time of supply)

Installation,Testing and Commissioning of 1.5 TR capacity wall mounted type Split AC unit including all accessories as per specifications etc., complete as required

Supply and laying of additional Copper pipe for 1.5TR capacity Split ACs including suction and delivery copper pipes with all accessories such as insulation, power & control cabling, etc. as per specifications complete as required

Supply and fixing of voltage stabilisers suitable for 1.5 TR inverter split AC with Electromagnetic Interference Filter, excellent digital display system ensuring the connected load is always within the voltage range , surge-and-spike-protective mechanism and metal cabinet with voltage range of 170 V - 270 V suitable for single phase, 50 Hz AC supply i/c necessary fixing arrangements, clamps, screws, metal clad top, connecting 3 core cable of suitable length, complete, etc as per specifications complete as required.

Supply of cyclic timer based panel suitable for control of minimum 2 nos of 1.5 TR split AC for alternative operations including ON/OFF, auto / manual and bypass option and change over time intervals for 4 hrs / 8 hrs / 12 hrs all with LED indications. etc enclosed in suitable enclosure of IP54 complete as required (Make: All timers and contactors as per AAI list of approved makes)

Supply of (50x25x5 mm)size MS C-channel stand with painting for 4TR outdoor unit etc as required.

Supplying and fixing 20 amps, 240 volts, SPN industrial type, socket outlet, with 2 pole and earth, metal enclosed plug top along with 20 amps 'C' series, SP MCB in sheet steel enclosure, on surface or in recess with chained metal cover for the socket out let and complete with connection, testing and commissioning etc., as required

Supply and fixing of Duct inline exhaust fan of minimum 1000 CFM capacity,15mm statas , 230W suitable for operation, 2300 RPM, 400mm overall dia, 315mm mouth dia circular stainless steel body, within 53 db noise level complete etc as required (Make: Caryaire, Model no:CF315AA or equivalent) .

Supply, installation, balancing and commissioning of fabricated GI duct (rectangular/ round)with 0.63mm thick GI sheet of 275 GSM at site above the false ceiling including provision of necessary supporting arrangements complete etc as required.

Dismantling and shifting of Indoor and outdoor units to AAI store /any location specified by AAI, including gas pumping down, pipes, cables etc.,complete as required.(This item will be executed As and when required)
