Out sourcing services for opearation of Reverse Osmosis plant (RO Plant) of Capacity 01x 1000 LPH, Raw water (Booster) feeder pump, CPVC pipe, Sand filter Media Vessel, Carbon Medical Filteration system, Micron Cartridge filteration system, Anti scalent Dozing system etc. (Near Station Mandir) with following timings: General shift- 08:30 hrs-17:30 hrs with one Operator skilled

Note for ite no. 1&2 as above: - (b) The operator should posses minimum ITI/ Experience by the OEM in operation & maintenance of RO Plant of Capacity 1000/3000 Ltrs/Hr and same also be approved by the accepting officer within one week from the issue of work order. (c ) All the documents ,Log sheet, attendance register will be maintained by the contractor and same also be produced at the time of payment.

Note for ite no. 1&2 as above : - contd... (d) Salary of the operators be paid by the contractor in their respective adhar linked accounts confirming to labour law of Andaman Nicobar Govt and summary will be produced to the department at time of payment. (e) Tools for minor repair be provided by the Contractor. (f) Uniform with safety shoe, first aid box for operator will be provided by the contractor. (g) Man power deployed by the contractor shall have enrolled with with EPF & ESIC. (h) Man power shall have insurance for Rs. 2.00 Lakh provided by the Contractor.

Supply and fixing the following materials required for day to day maintenance of RO plants of 01 No :- Cartridge filter – 20” jumbo wound type suitable for 1000 LPH RO all as specified and directed.

S & F Activated Carbon suitable for 1000/3000 LPH RO all as specified and directed.

S & F 8040 RO membrane suitable for 1000 LPH RO all as specified and directed. Make: -Tech (USA), Kydraunites, Ventron, Burton or equivalent.

Dismantling of sand filter media and replace the C sand suitable for 1000/3000 LPH RO plant all as specified and directed. following items all as specified and directed:

All as per item No 06 but replace sand filter mediia and replace with new material sand suitable for 1000/3000 LPH RO plant all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 06 but replace Silex suitable for 1000/3000 LPH RO plant all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 06 but replace Pebbles suitable for 1000/3000 LPH RO plant all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacing RO Tube 1/4 th 20 Ltrs

Supply and replacing Brass connector for RO Tube

Supply only 4040 Memrane Model TMG 10 of make Toray membrane /Film tech USA or any other equivalent for the spares of the RO plant for maintenance as per the manufacturers requirement all as specified and as directed.

Supply only 20" Long PP Micron Cartridge for the spares af the RO plant for maintenance as per the manufacturers requirements all as specified and as directed.

Supply only NSF Certified low/high pH RO Antiscalant of pack 25 Ltr

Supply only Hydrocloric acid for RO of pack 5 Ltr

Supply only calcium based chlorine granule for disinfection of water complete all as specified and as directed . Make - Declibac, RMCO, or equivalent of approved makes

Supply and laying 3 layer PPR-R (Polypropylene random copolymer ) pipes of 50MM outer dia ,SDR 7.4 (PN-16) and SDR 11 UV stabilized antimicrobial usion welded having internal stability for hot and cold water including supply all types of PPR plain and brass threaded polyproplyne random fittings and fixing including testing complte laid in trenches all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge
