Dismantling of lab sink, tap, cupboard shutter and wooden frame including all labour, T&P complete and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.

Providing and fixing mineral fibre false ceiling tiles at all heights of size 595x595mm of approved texture, design and pattern. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%, Light Reflectance ? 85%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 - 0.057 w/m K, Fire Performance as per (BS 476 pt - 6 &7)in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking T-Grid of hot dipped all round galvanized iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanized @120 gsm) comprising of main T runners of 15x32 mm of length 3000 mm, cross T of size 15x32mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross T of size 15x32 mm of length 600 mm to form grid module of size 600x600 mm suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel item (galvanised@80gsm) 50 mm long 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm diameter fully threaded hanger rod up to 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2 mm, spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along main ‘T’. The system should rest on periphery walls /partitions with the help of GI perimeter wall angle of size24x24X3000 mm made of 0.40 mm thick sheet, to be fixed to the wall with help of plastic rawl plug at 450 mm centre to centre & 40 mm long dry wall S.S. screws. The exposed bottom portion of all T-sections used in false ceiling support system shall be pre-painted with polyester baked paint, for all heights. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawings and as per directions of the engineer-in-charge.With 16 mm thick beveled tegular mineral fibre false ceiling tile (NRC 0.55 to 0.6.

Replacement of existing damaged false ceiling tiles of size 595x595 mm and 16mm thickness of Armstrong Classic Lite or equivalent make, including dismantling of old tiles, cleaning, leveling & adjustment of aluminium grid with all labour T&P complete.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :

(a) For fixed portion Powder coated aluminium minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron).

(b) For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately)Powder coated aluminium minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron).

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge. (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/ sqm)

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick pre-laminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminium doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides.

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS: 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters: 30 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws.

Providing and fixing aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISi, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 36 kg to 80 kg and door width from 701 mm to 1000 mm), with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

Providing & fixing Ano. Aluminum Handle/ American Handle 200 mm with necessary screws etc. comp.

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete : 200x10 mm

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand).

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.Size of Tile 600x600 mm

Deduct for not using 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) bedding in laying of floor tiles and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ Sqm.

Fixing glazed/ Ceramic/ Vitrified floor tiles with cement based high polymer modified quick-set tile adhesive (Water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 3mm thickness.

Repairing of existing MS/CRCA sheet made chemical racks/Lab furniture including change of sliding channel, adjustment of door shutter & drawer, tightening of screws etc and cleaning of furniture with thinner. The job will be completed to entire satisfaction of Engineer-Incharge.

Supply and fixing of M channel of approved make for curtain including all labour T&P etc complete as per direction of Engineer incharge.

Providing and fixing curtain of approved colour and shade (fabric range Rs. 250.00 – 300.00 /Mtr) including stitching and installation etc complete. (for width upto 3.00 Mtr.)

Supply, fabrication and installation of WPC (wood polymer composite) having minimum density 600kg/cum for cupboard shutter of size 3.30mx0.52m and 0.60m deep under existing working platform. The unit will have divided in 4 vertical compartments. Each compartment will have double leaf side hinged shutter. The unit will made out of 18mm WPC board Centaury/Green Lam or eqvt make except back which will be 12mm WPC board Centaury/Green Lam or eqvt make. The front of shutter shall be provided with 1mm thick laminate Marino/Century or eqvt. make pasted over board. The job includes all fittings such as SS handle100mm, Mp Locks, hinges and magnet etc. The job will be completed to entire satisfaction of Engineer In-charge. (Front area will be measured for payment.)

Supply, fabrication and installation of wall mounted wooden storage display rack of size 1980x760mm and 400mm deep having three nos vertical compartment with one nos horizontal shelf. Each compartment will have double leaf wooden framed 4mm glass shutter. The unit will be made out of 19mm Commercial board Century/Archid or eqvt. make except back which will be 12mm thick commercial ply Century/Archid or eqvt. make. The front side frame and outside surface will be provided 1mm thick laminate Century/Archid or eqvt make except inner and back. The remaining inner surface will be painted with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and shade over wood primer. The job includes all T&P, parliamentary hinges, S.S. handle, magnet, MP Lock, nails screws etc. complete. The job will be completed to entire satisfaction of Engineer In-Charge (front area of the rack will be measured for payment).

Supply, Fabrication & fixing in position wooden cupboard shutter under working platform made out of 18mm WPC/PVC board having minimum density 600kg/cum CENTURY/GREEN PLY/Archid or eqvt. make fixed/ screwed in proper position divided in four vertical part and each parts will have double leaf side hung hinged shutters. The front will have laminate with 1.00mm thick mica Marino/IPL/Green Lam or eqvt. make. The job includes MP lock, butt hinges, S/S handle, magnet etc. complete. The job will be completed to entire satisfaction of Engineer-Incharge.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content.With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.two coats.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work.

Credit (buy-back) for dismantled items obtained from item No 1 that is to be recovered from the bill of the contractor and material to be disposed off from the site of work.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Note:-Rates should be quoted inclusive of all Taxes, GST @ 18% etc.
