Providing and laying Kota stone flooring 20mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab. i/c rubbing and polishing complete including carriage of material in all leads and lifts. (a)25mm thick

Precast terrazzo tiles hydraulic compressed 20 mm thick with marble chips of specified sizes laid in floors, treads of steps and landings on a bed of 25 mm average thickness of cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 sand) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles (wherever required) incliding rubbing and polishing complete with tiles of following shades:- WHITE.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 ( 1 cement: 2 sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement including carriage of material in all leads and lifts. 50 mm thick
