Disconnecting and taking out unserviceable current transformers of 100/5 to 400/5 amps ratio of any description and supply, fixing, connecting, testing and commissioning of resin cast tap wound current transformer of rating 100/5 to 400/5 Amps on LT panel board and making connections of secondary terminals to ammeter with using 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : AE/KAPPA/GE/HPL SOCOMAC

Disconnecting and taking out unserviceable current transformers of 500/5 to 800/5 amps ratio of any description and supply, fixing, connecting, testing and commissioning of resin cast tap wound current transformer of rating 500/5 to 800/5 Amps on LT panel board and making connections of secondary terminals to ammeter with using 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Disconnecting and taking out unserviceable indication lamps and supply, fixing, connecting, testing and commissioning of indication lamps LED type with showing red, yellow and green colours of 22.5mm dia fixed to monitor on LT panel board suitable for 240 Volts AC supply and making connections with using 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : L&T/AE/Binay

Dismantling, taking out & removing serviceable bus bar of any size and description and in any position for re-use from the dismantled/taken down feeder pillar box/panel board and remove material from site of work all as directed.

Dismantling, taking out/removing serviceable and functional, fittings/fixtures/accessories like MCCB/change over switch/switch fuses unit etc. of any description & in any position for re-use from the dismantled/taken down feeder pillar box/panel board or from damaged removed portion of the panel complete all as directed.

Fixing only including necessary connection and commissioning of the following fittings / fixtures/accessories in the existing or newly fabricated panel board/feeder pillar box all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(a) Aluminium bus bars of any shape and size .

(b) MCCB/change over switch/switch fuses unit etc of any description, and current rating upto 400 Amps (NOTE : Old serviceable retrieved / taken out / removed fittings etc. from the existing /taken down feeder pillar box / panel board shall be re-used in the work).

(c ) Supply and Fixing new Aluminium bus bars of any shape and size .

Taking out old unserviceable insulator from LT panel boards and supply, fixing & testing procelain bus bar insulator in bus bar system including nuts, bolts and washers suitable for LT 415 Volts, 50 Hz AC supply for mounting of bus bars in LT panels/feeder pillar boxes complete all as specified and directed Make : Modern insulator/Jaipuria brothers/Jayshree insulators/Mysore porcelain

Supplying, fixing, in existing LT feeder pillar boxes, mild steel sliding door bolt 200 mm size clip & bolt type, stove enameled black, with bright bolt not less than 12mm dia with and including welding the sliding bolt & staple plate complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, taking down and removing the old existing un serviceable non-functional / broken hinges of any description and in any position of existing feeder pillar boxes/panel boards/feeder pillar boxes etc and supplying and fixing new cold rolled 100 mm long medium weight mild steel butt hinges in position with necessary spot welding etc including making necessary adjustment for free and smooth movement of panel and locking arrangements complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of existing unserviceable/damaged part / portion of the existing feeder pillar box / panel boards with supplying and fixing new part or portion fabricated out of 2mm thick MS sheet (CRCA sheet) in position including making necessary adjustments and alignments to make the existing feeder pillar box/ panel board body to required shape(s) and size(s) all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : (i). The panel board repaired shall be made totally enclosed, weather proof, wermin proof for installing incoming / outgoing MCCB / Switch fuses/ cable etc. complete all as directed (ii) The rates quoted by the contractor are deemed to be with and including necessary cutting, welding, leveling and jointing etc. as directed to match & accommodate with the existing feeder pillar box / panel board . (iii) The replaced portion shall be painted with two coat of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer. (iv) The rates quoted by the contractor are deemed to be with and including dismantling / taking out / removing carefully, any damaged part/ portion of the feeder pillar box / panel board as directed.

Preparation of the old decorated existing external and internal steel surfaces of feeder pillar boxes/panels/ boards of any description and in any position including removal of disintegrated & deteriorated paint either by hand scrapping or by blow lamps, applying necessary filler coat and stopping as required and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint (grey in color) with using spray machine on old prepared surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Rates quoted by the contractor are deemed to include for writing the MES /SM No and other relevant details with paint in the pattern and style as approved by the GE.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 m deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and getting out including forming bottom surface to required levels/gradients/slopes for foundations/laying of cable etc. including taking out existing cable protection brick cover etc complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming the excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr distance and depositing as directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above starting point complete all as specified and directed

M & L for sand filling with clean dry fine sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE:- For measurement purpose punned thickness shall be considered as per clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I

Laying only servicable Sub Class `B’ bricks, old size, kiln burnt, laid with axis of brick perpendicular to the axis of the cable, for protection of cable all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting, taking out and removing old existing unserviceable underground, LT cable of any description and in any position complete including taking down unserviceable protection pipe etc, stacking the cables properly for reuse all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for the following sizes from ducts / trenches / poles /pipes etc :-

(a) LT aluminium conductor cable of size upto 50 Sqmm, 3 ½ core

(b) LT aluminium conductor cable of size upto 70 Sqmm, 3 ½ core

(c ) LT aluminium conductor cable of size over 95 Sqmm, 3 ½ core

(d ) LT aluminium conductor cable of size over 120 Sqmm , 3 ½ core.

(e ) LT aluminium conductor cable of size over 185 Sqmm, 3 ½ core

(f ) LT aluminium conductor cable of size over 240 Sqmm, 3 ½ core

Note:- (i) Excavation and earth work for taking out the cable shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A' (ii) The quoted rates shall be deemed to include cutting out the defective portion of cables and its removal from site (iii) Old retrieved cables in serviceable condition from taking down shall be reused in the work.

Laying, jointing and testing XLPE / P.V.C., LT Cable PVC insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminum conductor 1100 volts grade of any description and any make laid in trenches/ducts, floors, fixed to walls etc. complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge for the following sizes :-.

(a) LT aluminium conductor cable of size upto 50 Sqmm, 3 ½ core

(b ) LT aluminium conductor cable of size over 70 Sqmm , 3 ½ core

(c ) LT aluminium conductor cable of size over 95 Sqmm , 3 ½ core

(d ) LT aluminium conductor cable of size over 120 Sqmm , 3 ½ core

(e ) LT aluminium conductor cable of size over 185 Sqmm , 3 ½ core

(f ) LT aluminium conductor cable of size upto 240 Sqmm, 3 ½ core

(Note:- (i) Old retrieved cables received in serviceable condition from taking down shall be used in the work.

Disconnecting existing LT over heated or burnt cable terminal at existing panel/ board/feeder pillar box etc., cutting out over heated / burnt / unserviceable and portion of cable, stretching / opening cable to suitable required length from available rings etc. and fixing and connecting the cable in position properly by providing suitable new aluminium lugs and suitable GI nuts, bolts & washers etc. all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for the following sizes of cable :-

a) 25 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm cable of any core

(b) 120 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm cable of any core

(c ) 240 Sqmm to 400 Sqmm cable of any core

Surface excavation over the areas around the poles/feeder piller boxes/ sub stations not exceeding 15cm depth including cleaning the bushes and vegetation and leveling incl removal of surplus soil in hard/ dense soil. Complete all as specified.

Disconnecting / dismantling and removing unserviceable corroded LT panel board in any position and Supply, installation, Commissioning and testing factory made LT panel board CPRI Approved of suitable shape and size as approved by GE for 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 Volts ,AC , 50 Hz supply, outdoor cubical type, dust and vermin proof, pedestal mounting type suitable for outdoor applications having suitable shape/ size canopy on top, made out of 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet with using 40mm x 40mm x 5mm angle iron frame and supports, duly finished with powder coated using two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of red oxide primer all over steel surfaces complete with separate compartment of suitable shape and size with shutter and locking arrangement for each switchgear and including PCC work for fixing panel legs and bus bar of aluminium conductor suitable shape and size for 3 phase rating of 800 amps and for neutral 600 Amps rating including taking out end connectinons of the existing cables and fixing the cable with the panel using new lugs and glands of suitable size including following switchgear & controls :- Make : Asian Switchgear Kanpur/Shalabh Switchgear/universal Switchgear Control/ Gayatri Fabricators(P) Ltd

Dismantling and taking down existing unserviceable/worn out danger notice plate for LT panel, supply & fixing for danger notice plate 20x15cm size made out of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, duly painted with vitreous enameled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with including connected accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling & taking out of old existing unserviceable steel & iron items from poles such as cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts & bolts, washers of any description and in any position from LT over head line poles/ street light poles remove u/s material from site of work complete all as specified & directed.

Taking out replacement of the following and other unserviceable/defective spare parts from the LT air circuit breaker of capacity 630/800 Amps all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(a) Supply and fixing in replacement of Arc Chutes for LT air circuit breakers. Make:- C&S cat part no. CS-ARCCHT-06D-16D

(b) Supply and fixing in replacement of Arcing Contacts (Set of 1 No. Fixed 1No. Moving ) for LT ACB. Make:- C&S cat part no. CS-ARCCONT-08D

(c) Supply and fixing in replacement of Vertical Terminal Adapter for AH/AHA Fixed type ACB of 630/800 amps ACB. Make:- C&S cat part no. CUADPYR-vc (6D-8D)

(d) Supply and fixing in replacement of Auxiliary Isolating contacts Blocks Assembly (set of one contact block on ACB side &two blockss on cradele side ) for 630/800 Amp ACB. Make:- C&S cat part no. CS-AIH-BC (4P)

Dismantling and taking out old unserviceable LT feeder pillar boxes and Supply, installation factory made LT feeder pillar box of size 120cmX60cmX45cm for 3 phase, 4 wire, 415Volt, AC, 50Hz, outdoor, cubical type, weather, dust and vermin proof, pedestal mounting type suitable for front operated applications having aluminium bus bar rating capacity 600Amps and neutral 400Amps rating capacity mounting of insulators, incoming controlled with fixed type MCCB 3Pole of capacity 250 Amps and breaking capacity Icu= 36KA including canopy on top and gland provision in bottom made out of 3.15mm thick MS sheet duly powder coated of approved shade using 40mmX40mmX6mm angle iron frame and supports including necessary excavation and grouting work in PCC 1:2:4 mix, type B1 complete all as specified and directed.
