Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 Kg. per sqm. ( Zero Point Twenty Five to Zero Point Thirty) per square metre on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 including entire carriage of materialsplants and equipments by all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 30mm thick (30mm) compacted thickness bituminous concrete with 30-40 PH batch type hotmix plant producing and average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of grading 11 to 13 mm nominal size specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG -10 grade @ 5.4 to 5.6 percent or mix and cement filler, transporting the mixed material to site of work and laying with a hydro static paver finisher with sensor control to requred grade, level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem road rollers to achieve the desired compaction. Zyco therm organno silanc addetive @ 10% weght of bitumen binder as per MORTH specfication clause No. 509 complete in all respects including entire carriage of materialsplants and equipments by all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
