Supply and delivery of 2000 LPM x 40 M head wet type Open well Submersible pumpsets capable of discharging the following pumpage in lpm against noted head in m suitable for erection into the Infiltratin well / Open well of 4.5m/3.5m/any dia with stainless steel shaft, bronze impeller and stainer with brass screws, water lubricated bearings with sand guard.The non-return valve located at the top of the pump in the discharge outlet connection is to be designed with minimum frictin. The pump should be directly coupled to 2880 rpm, 3phase, 50 Hz, 415V+6% & 415V-15% squirrel cage induction motor suitable for DOL starting and for continuous operation.The pumpset should be provided with 3 m length of suitable size PVC insulated copper flat cable for connecting the pumpset, starter & isolator. The pumpset should conform to IS 14220 and as amended thereafter and bear ISI marking.

Supply and delivery of 1.1 KV grade, 3 core 4.0 sq.mm PVC insulated & sheathed flat type copper cable conformig to IS:694 / 1990 to lay from panel Board to motors in the proposed sump (for 4 sq.mm)

Laying the 95 sq.mm cable between EB supply point to panel Board above ground level etc complete including all cost & conveyance

Jointing of XLPE insulated and sheathed 4 sqmm3 core Flate Type copper cable including the jointing cost and jointing materials like cable glands etc complete

Supply and delivery of heavy duty 1.1 KV grade of following size cable PVC insulated, PVC outer and inner sheath, galvanished steel armoured aluminimum conductor cable (XLPE)as per IS 1554 (Part I) to be laid in between Panel Board to capacitors in the proposed sump ( 4 core - 4 sq.mm)

Jointing of L.T. Cables of 4 sq.mm 4 core KV grade armouored Aluminium Conductor cable conforming to IS 1554 Part 1 and AS amended thereafter with ISI marking etc complete as per standard specification

Supply and Delivery of 25 HP - 60 HP installation TWIN CI earthing as per IS 3043/1987 and latest amendments etc complete as per standard specification

Supply and delivery of Woltman model with removal mechanism water meters, (Bulk type) conforming to ISO 4064 part I, II, III Class B and IS-2373 with life cycle test certificate from FCRI/ NABL accridiated lab. The watermeter shall have magnetic drivers or mechanical drivers and shall be versatile for installation in any position. The meters shall be hydrodynamically, hydrostatically balanced. The runner, runner chamber, pointers of the meter shall be as per ISO 4064 specification. Dry dial excavated counter housing fully protected against flooding ensuring easy reading in all climates etc complete as per standard specification water meter

Erection charges

Labour charges for erection of the 40 HP to 50 HP open well submersible pumpset in sump including fixing and jointing the riser pipes to the required depth, valves, pressure gauges and erection of panel board consisting of switches, starter, voltmeter, ammeter, capacitor,and erection of Panel Board in the control room, twin earthing as per I.E.Rules including cost of civil works such as construction of earth pit, earth electrode, GI wire etc. complete including testing pumpset.

Supplying, fixing, testing, commissioning tamper proof LT metering cubical with suitable rating CTs, bus bar, fuse cut as per TNEB specification for accomodating 1 No. Energy meter supplied by TNEB including all accessories complete as directed by the Engineer. The metering cubicle shall have a suitable size glass window for viewing the mater reading without opening the front cover etc. complete. Upto 50 HP/37KW (which includes LT meter panel board 6 Nos. suitable fuse carriers)
