Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs including removing the demolished material not exceeding 250 mtr away from site and disposal off in low lying area as directed.

Demolition of mud in roof, any thickness including plastering and leaping (where full thickness recovered or only a part there of) including removing the demolished material not exceeding 250 mtr away from site and disposal off in low lying area complete.

M & L rendering 15 mm thick C:M 1:3 mixing with liquid WPC @ 200 ml per bag of cement on fair faces of concrete surfaces on roof slab after wire brushing and cleaning top surface on roof slab after wire brushing and cleaning top surface and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg / Sqm including cleaning surfaces complete all as specified.

M & L for 40 mm thick brick tiles laid on mud mortar or CM (1:6), 20 mm thick and joints grouted flush in CM (1:3) mixed with @ 5% of crude oil by weight of cement or mud phuska complete all as specified.

All as per ser item No. 5 here-in-before but except tiles Note :- Old serviceable brick tiles to be reused after proper cleaning and washing.

M & L for flush pointing to brick tiles laid flat in cement mortar 1:4 including racking out joints & pointing to brick tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in splash stone , roof kerb etc complete.

M & L for Lime concrete in mix 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded brick aggregate, laid to slope as directed by Engineer in charge over RCC roofs as padding complete all as specified. Note: Minimum thickness of lime concrete at lower end shall not be less than 40mm.

M & L for APP based polymeric membrane mat finished top of weighing not less than 3 Kg / Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (Weight not less than 150 Gms / Sqm) laid on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for applying two coats of aluminium paint over APP based water proofing membrane complete.

M & L for 20- 22 mm thick factory made PCC tiles of size 250mm x 250mm, ISI marked with grey cement and no pigment , bedded in cement mortar (1:4) 15 mm thick and joints grouted flush in CM (1:3) mixed with @ 5% of crude oil by weight of cement over lime concrete roof padding, complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and pre cast concrete articles.

M & L for Brick work built in cement mortar 1:6 using sub class “B” brick built in one brick thick with old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr means radius complete all as specified..

M & L for Brick work built in cement mortar 1:4 using sub class “B” brick old size bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall complete all as specified.

Taking down old cement plaster on brick or concrete walls, roof slab etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 250 mtr away complete all as specified.

M & L rendering 15 mm thick C:M 1:4 on brick/ concrete surfaces including finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement on wall/ parapets chajjas complete all as specified.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound.

Demolition of RCC as in roof slabs (other than ground floors), beams, stair case, landing, chajjas, and similar suspended work and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition).

M & L for RCC M 25 design mix type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in fins, fascias, louvers, parapets, and railings exc. 60cm in height, balustrade, and the like. (Reinforcement will be measured and paid for separately)

M & L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint (one coat as a priming coat) complete all as specified.

Cutting holes in brick walls built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar, stone walls built in lime mortar and RCC parapet wall complete all as directed.

Cutting chases, pinning in making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of parapet for inserting APP membrane and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth complete all as specified.

M&L for precast cement concrete type B-0 (1:2:4) as in louvers and jallies 25 mm thick (measured solid) including all moulding but excluding frame set in CM (1:4).

S & F PVC (SWR) pipe 110 mm bore size for rain water pipe conforming to IS : 1984 incl standard PVC clamp incl jointing of pipes including taking down all pipes complete all as specified.

S & F 110 mm bore PVC bends ISI marked of any radius / shoe, fixed to PVC pipes all as directed.

M & L for disconnecting existing water tank of exc 250 ltr but not exc 500 ltr capacity setting aside or lowering if required for repairs , cleaning etc and hoisting if required , reconnecting and re-fixing in position all as directed.

S & F GI tubing, medium grade, 20mm bore with all fittings, fixed to wall or ceiling or laid in floor including taking down old pipe of 20 mm bore galvanized iron complete all as specified.

M & L for Re-fixing 20 mm bore old steel tubing and connections complete in new or old position to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as directed..

S & F GI tubing, medium grade, 25 mm bore with all fittings, fixed to wall or ceiling or laid in floor including taking down old pipe of 25 mm bore galvanized iron complete all as specified.

M & L for Re-fixing 25 mm bore old steel tubing and connections complete in new or old position to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as directed..

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified.

M & L pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet in tile profile sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified.

M & L for Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, watering, grouting with cement and sand slurry (1:3) complete all as specified.

M & L for Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from 500 litres tanks capacity and from mouth of circulating pipes etc. all as directed.

Notes : (a)Tentative list of buildings where complete works will be executed is attached as Annx 'H'. However, buidings may change during execution as directed by Engr-in-charge. (b) Complete Roof Treatment work will be executed through Authorised Applicator of the OEM and copy of MoU with the OEM shall be submitted before the execution of the work. (c) Contractor shall submit guarantee of 10 years as per the format attached as Annx 'J' after completion of the work.
