REPAIR/ MAINTENANCE OF FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM/ FIRE ALARM SYSTEM, EOT CRANES, DG SET AND ALLIED WORKS AT NASIRABAD MIL STN UNDER GE NASIRABAD

"M&L for Servicing and testing of EOT cranes/Traversing Trolleys/Mechanical Hoist upto upto 10 Ton capacity capacity and comprising of the following:- (a) Greasing/oiling of required part i.e. shaft, coupling, rope drum shaft bearing etc. (b) Checking & testing/adjustment of brakes for of all the motions (c) Checking & tightening of coupling bolts, motor foundation bolt etc. (d) Checking the wiring connections in control panel and other accessories and to ensure that no loose/naked connection exist. (e) Checking of gear oil in gear boxes and topping them if necessary. (f) Checking of transformer oil in electro hydraulic thruster unit & topping up if necessary (g) Cleaning of Bridge girder including plate form, cabin, panel, complete. Note:- Servicing is to be carried out in every three months and making/keeping the cranes in serviceable condition complete all as directed. Each job shall mean each crane."

M&L for scrapping and cleaning the old painted surfaces of entire exposed parts of EOT crane/Traversing Trolleys/Mechanical Hoist of capacity upto upto upto 10 Ton capacity including removing oil & grease stains using appropriate cleaning agents and applying two spray coats of synthetic enamel golden yellow paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of Long Travel Electro Hydraulic Thrustor brake 150mm dia suitable for upto upto upto 10 Ton capacity EOT crane /Traversing Trolley/ Mechanical Hoist as per existing size complete all as specified and directed. Make: Pedvak/ Suni/ DineshCranes Controls or equivalent make as approved by GE

"Supply and fixing in repair of VFD (variable Frequency driver), Capacity same as existing having Input supply voltage 415V (3 Phase), Frequency 50 Hz, VFD having Facility for selecting motor power rating, over current trip, other protection settings suitable for long travel, cross travel and main motion of upto 10 Ton capacity crane along with programming in software in driver card complete all as specified and directed. Make: Siemens/ ABB/ Schneider/ CG Power/ Yaskawa".

Supply and fixing in repair set of two gear (as per existing gear/ sample) duly casted / fabricated and cutting teeth as required suitable to accommodate in the cranes Gear Box complete and capacities / sizes of cranes /trolley/ hoists upto upto 10 Ton capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of Alignment of Gearbox as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed. Make: Pedvak/ Suni/ Dinesh Cranes Controls or equivalent make as approved by GE

Supply and fixing in repair Bearing bracket of size up to 10 Ton capacity FLP EOT crane /Traversing Trolley/ Mechanical Hoistas per existing gear box (or as per sample) complete all as specified and directed. Make: Pedvak/ Suni/ DineshCranes Controls or equivalent make as approved by GE

Supply and fixing in repair Tapper Roll Bearing as per existing/sample gear box bearing suitable for upto 10 Ton capacity EOT size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of Pendant Push Button box made of MS for control of cranes /trolley/ hoist with Push Button for On/Off & all motions (Up, down, forward, reverse, left, right) for upto 10 Ton capacity EOT crane /Traversing Trolley/ Mechanical Hoist operation control, including Wiring from Pendent to Control Panel, from control panel to Master Starter and upto motor should be done by using 4 core, 4.0 sqmm PVC insulated and PVC round sheathed, copper conductor (flexible) multistranded industrial cable 1100 Volts and support wire min 25 mtr as per existing size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of LT(Long Travel) & CT(Cross Travel) limit switch for upto 10 Ton capacity capacity EOT crane /Traversing Trolley/ Mechanical Hoistwith auxiliary contacts as per existing size complete all as specified and directed.
