Supply of Following sizes of Aluminium Armoured XLPE insulated & PVC sheated aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as per IS 7098:1988 Part 1 with upto date amendments complete as required. 3.5 C x 35 sq.mm

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc.conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting,jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing DWC/HDPE/RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required Upto 35 sq. mm

Design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of outddoor type feeder pillar box of suitable size with double door fabricated from 2 mm thick CRCA steel sheet including accomodation/fixing of 01 No. 4 Pole ,25kA , 415V, 63A MCCB (with Thermal Magnetic Release) with rotatory handle and 03 No (R,Y,B) indication LED lamp , suitable for termiantion 01No. incomer and 01 No. outgoing power cable, cable entry from bottom, arrangment for earth connection, totally enclosed type with free standing floor mounted, dust & vermin proof suitable to be used outside etc. as per site requirement complete as required. ( The work includes Instaling/Fixing of the Feeder panel by making suitable size concrete foundation & MS angle support 35 mm x 35 mm x 6 mm)

Supply & fixing 2 mm thick CRCA steel sheet outdoor type feeder pillar of suitable size with triangular shape rain shelter canopy & 35 mm x35 mm x 6 mm thick MS angle iron support for fixing the feeder pillar on cement concrete foundation & fixing of switchgears with nut bolts, earthing, connections, painting etc as required. The feeder pillar shall have ventilation arrangement, insect trap mesh but duly protected against heavy rainwater ingress, duly painted with powder coated paint from all sides and having proper locking arrangement.The enclosure shall be suppiled with the following equipment/switch gear and suitable to accomodate the same :- a- 2 KVA UPS - 01 No. ( Input voltage range 150-280 V AC, Output Voltage:230 V AC, Breakup time: 30 minute, Harmonic distortion: <3%, Operating temperature: 0 degree to 55 degree C, Short circuit, overload, battery deep discharge & over charge protection). b- 20 Amp SPN MCB for incoming power-01 No. c- 5/6 A switch socket combine mounted over phenolic laminated sheet fixed on suitable size metal box. - 05 Nos. d- One number 8 way Single door SPN MCB Distribution Box consisiting of following MCB's :- i) 6 A SP MCB - 03 Nos. ii) 10 A SP MCB - 01 No. iii) Blanking plate - 02 No.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing, laying and fixing following dia G.I. pipe (medium class) complete with G.I. fittings , clamps etc for drain /nala crossing as required. 65 mm dia.

Supply of 4x4 sqmm flexible, PVC insulated and PVC Round Sheathed, copper conductor cable suitable upto 1100V grade conforming to IS:694/2010 with latest amendments.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed /XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 3.5X 35 sqmm.
