M&L for repairs to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water , scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal (including supply of road metal) rolling and well ramming surface of road complete all as specified and as directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled exc 50mm deep but n exc 100 mm macadam or bituminous macadam surface in area n exc 400 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Rate quoted by contractor shall be deemed to be included for removal of rubble/debries outside MoD land.

M&L 75 mm thick or less consolidated thickness Premixed Bituminous macadam of grade VG-30 penetration and using 12 to 25 mm graded crushed preheated stone aggregate, laid with the help of mechanical paver and rolled compacted to required gradient and camber with VIBRATORY ROLLER COMPACTOR of 8-12 tonne using 4% binders by weight to mix to make good depression/ pot holes complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) The job design formula shall be got down from The mix design tests shall be carried out only in SEMT wing/Govt approved lab/National test House/Engineering College as approved by the GE before commencement of work. (b) As a result of job mix formula, if quantity of binder content works out to be more than 4% than no extra payment shall be made to the contractor and in case its quantity works out be less than 4% than minimum binder content of 4% givne herein above shall be provided. (c) The Job design shall be got down from approved lab and shall be approved by GE before commencement of work.

M&L for preparing unsurfaceed water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly priming tack coat with Bitumen Primer using paving bitumen of VG-10 @ 10 kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air compressor to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminious primer of grade VG-10 at 5 kg per 10 Sqm over surface complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L 30 mm thick consolidated thickness Bituminous Premixed semi dense ashphaltic concrete using combined graded aggregate ie crushed stone coarse aggregate, fine aggregate (sand) and fille (inherent filer/OPC 43 grade) of physical properties as specified and as per table given (refer SSR Part-I 2009), preheated mixed with 5.5% binder (VG-30) content by weight of total mix, laid and spread means of self propelling mechanical spreader/paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with VIBRATORY ROLLER COMPACTOR 8-12 tonn complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for applying 2 mm thick thermoplastic compound on black top surface or existing painted surface of thermoplast fluorescent paint colour white or golden yellow or any other shade confirming to BS standard 3262(1989) with 20% glass bed (inter mixed) applied hot with automatic (commercial) machine drive in strips after preparation of surface as per manufacturer's instructions & according to the speifications laid down by IRC & MOST (Ministry of Surface & transport) - specification 2001 (4th revision) making lines, brocken lines/dashes, arrow etc on road and other like surface exceeding 10 cm but not exceedig 30 cm in width or girth complete all complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono crystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair road stud/Cat Eyes high density reflective lense, plastic body, yellow colour of size 100x100x25mm fixed with nails and adhesive as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair solar delinator (1000x47 mm) with four ultra bright bright flashing LEDs, polycarbonate and toughened aluminium alloy body having height 145mm, dia 80mm fitted on MS pipe 50mm dia dia powder coated ani rust, fixed in position in PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.50 mm graded aggregate block 20x20x30 cm with necessary fixing arrangments as per manufacturer's instruction including excavation, earth work and removal of soil to a distance n exc 50m complete all as specified and as directed .

Net Contract Sum will be after deducting Sch of Credit of Rs 67200.00
