Dismantling of worn out/damaged discharge chutes of B-14 and B-15 conveyor belts and replacement of dismantled discharge chute with newly fabricated discharge chute, fixing of steel liners, Flap gate system and Hood including Inst. and Commi. at DEP.

Dismantling of worn out/damaged discharge chute (two-way pyjama chute) arrangement of B-14 and B-15 Conveyor Belts and its support structures etc. by removing piece by piece through cutting, gouging, unbolting, removing of the dismantled items and stacking the removal items as per instructions of Engineer In-charge.

Dismantling of worn out/damaged Hood of discharge chute arrangement of B-14 and B-15 Conveyor Belts, by removing piece by piece through cutting, gouging, unbolting, removing of the dismantled items and stacking the removal items as per instructions of Engineer In-charge.

Fabrication of discharge chute arrangement of B-14 and B-15 Conveyor Belts and its all support structures by cutting, welding, aligning, bolting etc. and other allied works including providing of all required steel material and fasteners.

Fabrication of Hood arrangement of B-14 and B-15 Conveyor Belts to cover moving discharge pulley and to protect loose material spilling all over discharge platform by cutting, welding, aligning, bolting etc. and other allied works including providing of all required steel material and fasteners.

Providing and fixing of sized abrasion resistant Steel Liners of 10mm thickness on the mother plate of 16mm thick Hardox 500 plates having hardness of 500 HBW to protect mother plate with wearing out and to enhance life of discharge chute of B-14 and B-15 Conveyor Belts. Scope includes 1). Cutting of new liner plates in required shape and size. 2). Fixing of new liner plates on the inner surface of discharge chute with the help of drilling bolting with CS screw and self locking nuts and welding of plate with parent/mother plate with the help of suitable welding electrodes. 3). Providing of CS screw and welding electrodes, welding machine and all required tools and tackles are in the scope of contractor.

Installation and commissioning of complete fabricated discharge chute and Hood arrangements of B-14 and B-15 Conveyor Belts

Providing and fixing of Flap gate arrangement with suitable actuator for tilting operation of flap gates complete with all accessories and divertor plate etc complete system for B-14 and B-15 Conveyor Belts

Painting of complete fabricated discharge chutes, hood arrangements of B-14 and B-15 Conveyor Belts along with all support structure with 3 coats of approved grade synthetic enamel paint including one coat of approved grade steel primer of colour and shade instructed by Engineer In-charge.

Note: The estimated cost put to tender is excluding the PF and Pension Component. These statutory payment as applicable shall be reimbursed to the contractor on production of proof of payment limited to the maximum likely number of workmen to be deployed per day is 20 nos.
