Inspection visit of technical team for AC system comprises of Air cooled condensing unit of cap 11 TR qty 04 Nos. & Air handling units of Cap. 3000 CFM qty 02 Nos Following is included in the visit: 1. Servicing of the complete AC system including cleaning of Pre filters, fine filters and Hepa filters 2. The compressor and AHU will be checked for its proper functioning with electrical connections and if any defect is found, the same is to be informed. 3. Safety controls such as pressure cut outs will be tested with necessary tools and equipments for proper functioning and in case of any mal- functioning same need to be rectified after consultation with EIC. 5. Inspection of Electrical cabling, Electrical switch boards and electrical accessories connected with main incomer to the system and minor repairs in electrical panels to be done as directed and specified by EIC.

AHU components Air handling units of Cap. 3000 CFM qty 02 Nos exhaustive servicing including refrigerant coil/cooling coil cleaning, AHU coil cleaning, checking for any loose electrical connections, changing of thimbles etc if required separating the components and cleaning with vacuum cleaner and by using antibacterial/ antimicrobial solution. Lubricate and grease motor and blower bearing and Reassemble the components thereafter as per the direction of EIC. Each job includes cleaning of 2 AHU units.

Air Cooled 11 TR Condensing units ( 4 units) exhaustive servicing including coil cleaning with vacuum cleaner and by using antimicrobial solution , electrical connection inspection and cleaning of fan blades and repair and maintenance of fan motor etc. ( Note : 1 job includes cleaning of all four condenser units of 11 TR)

Replacement of coarse air Prefilters of size 600 x 600 x 50 mm . Coarse filter will be G4 washable filter ( 50mm deep) class having average arrestance of 85-98% for 10 microns size as per EN779 2002, after damper at mouth of supply.

Replacement of fine filters bag type fine filters of size 600 x 600 x 300mm. Fine filters will be F-7 filters (300 mm deep) Average effieciency 85-95% for 1 micron size as per EN 779 2002 standards.

M & L for removing of damaged portion of duct insulation and fixing new nitrile thermal insulation of thickness 15 mm for duct with aluminium laminated closed cell elastomeric insulation of thickness 9 mm for supply duct at AHU and exhaust duct at discharge, thereby making the duct surface free from dust etc using a thin film of insulation material all as per manufacturer's recommended adhesive. Both duct and insulation, keeping the insulation material under compression( without any stretching), seal all joints air tight etc complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.
