Charges for Strengthening of weak & corroded welding joints of structural supports in ESP of Unit V

Charges for providing temporary platforms at required location of non approaching area and dismantling after attending work.

Charges for cutting and removal of corroded/damaged structural platforms, supports, etc and devolution to central stores.

Charges for fabrication and erection of platforms at various locations of boiler with proper supports and hand rails with Iron & Steel materials, grills (or) modifying the existing approach platforms by cutting and re-erecting, for a safe movement of men and material. This work includes all required consumables (such as gas, welding electrodes, grinding stones & cotton waste etc.,) and T&P’s (such as welding machine, cutting set, grinding machine, ropes and slings etc.,)

Charges for cleaning & Painting of the renewal platform, Hand rails & step grills with one coats of enamel paint including the cost of paint and other required consumables.
