Ground survey, Preparation of DPR/RFP, Monitoring, Auditing, Reporting, of the entire project for Job 1 and Job 2 as per this RFP document. (duration of the project shall be as per clause 8) Remarks :- The Rate shall be inclusive of all the duties, taxes and charges/expensive deemed to incurred in the project. Remarks: 1. While execution of project, if requirement of key personnel or ground staff is more than as defined in the clause 4.0, the actual deployment will be considered as minimum deployment and penalty will be imposed based on the same. 2. Theratesshallincludealltaxes as applicable. 3. The tenderer shall follow all the labour laws as applicable and amended up to date. Note: At present, GST is not applicable in the works related to services for ULBs. As, the bidder should quote the rate accordingly. If there will be any such direction, same shall be reimbursed to the agency on submission of chalan/relevant docs.
