Repair of Hand Pump at various locations under sub division Anoopgarh

Construction of tube well from ground level and up to 100 mtr. depth and above of following sizes in all types of soils in alluvium strata, unconsolidated formation such as pebbles, boulders etc. by bailing method and without gravel packing as per IS:2800 Part 1: 1991 and IS:2800 art II: 1979 (both amended up to date) and technical specifications. The work includes formation of cavity at bottom by development with appropriate air compressor or bailer pumping and also lowering of casing pipe but excluding cost of the casing pipe. The tube well should have a throughout bore as per nominal dia of casing pipe. The work would be completed after obtaining sand free water. Nominal bore 100 mm dia.

Providing and Lowering of ISI mark Medium well PVC-U casing and screen pipe (CM) as per IS : 12818 : 2010 or amended up to date having pipe thickness as per IS code suitable for bore well with threading , winding with superior quality of plastic mesh & rope in three layers with end cap complete as per technical specification and direction of Engineer In charge. 100 mm dia

Supply & installation of GI pipe 32 mm medium class “B” with pipe sockets (heavy duty).

Taking out of complete assembly including 32 mm GI pipe, 100 mm MS pipe cylinder & GS strainer from abandoned hand pump by digging 60 cm dia wall upto required depth and liftingthe assembly complete, This work includes the re fillingof well by earth complete

Providing 32 mm dia GS strainer made of GI pipe class - B with 10-12 mm dia hole with maximum spacing 12 mm covered with brass jali 150 mesh in one sq inch weighing 730 gm/sqm in 2 folds and one brass covered weighing 640 gm/sqm over it. One end with GI socket.

Repairing of India mark - II hand pump without providing spare parts including cutting of all necessary spare parts in supplied by the department labour rate complete job including taking out inner GI pipe 32 mm dia cylinder assembly strainer complete, carrying out necessary repair, all assembly to be reinstalled complete in all respect.

Boring of 80 mm dia bore hole for installation of repaired/new filter of 1.50 m to 2.00 m length.

Minor Repair without unlowering and lowering of assembly pipes (Replacement or Repair of Chain, Handle, Handle Assembly, Water Tank, Bearing, Greasing etc.including welding and lathe work if any.)

Major Repair with unlowering and lowering of 32/ 50 mm GI pipes assembly including minor repair if any. Work also includes transportation of all material from store to work point and depositing unservicable material to store. Work can be done by lowering machine/ chain pulley/ any system.

Repair of handpump when pipe assembly is jammed/fallen in the bore and to be taken out with help of tripod and chain pulley block etc.
